Sidharth was driving and thinking why did she hide it from him ? The professor had been troubling her from so many days she should have informed him before . If she could have talked or said to him before , professor could never dared to do what he did today because he would have made sure of that the professor would not even breathe the same air from were she was .

Their were progressing in their relationship she was opening up yet she didn't had enough confidence in him that why she didn't shared . Where did he lacked again he thought .

He stopped his car in a sheduled area coming out of the car he kicked the tyre , he was feeling as he failed his wife yet again . She called him when she needed him but he was busy with his god damn deal . His wife was more precious to him then anything else . How could he ignore her calls , why is he this much sturborn and have anger in him which is acting as barier between him and his loved onces .

Shehnaaz was looking for the warmth care , comfort and love but she was alone in the room . She was feeling her husband is upset with her , now he will leave her for sure no men can tolerate it she thought . Without eating anything she took the medicine and slept crying , she kept ignoring the pain she was feeling in her abdomen and back .

Sidharth after long time realised he was so stupid he left her alone at this vunerable time , she must be needed him . Closing his eyes for acting like jerk first he ignored her and now he left her alone to deal with the situation .

As he entered his car his eyes fall on the missed calls from his guards and dadu . He freaked out seeing the number of missed calls . Are they fine ? The first question crossed his mind . Dadu ? Shehnaaz ? Fu*k No .

He dialed his dadu number connecting it with his Bluetooth . He started the engine and drew the car with full speed towards the mansion .

As dadu picked his call after missing the first one . What Dadu said made him pull the brakes of his car , he was stunned to hear his wife was hospitalized , operation . His breathe stopped for few seconds , it felt like someone squeezed his heart .

Dadu asked the maid to give the dinner to shehnaaz . As she proceed up with food she heard a loud sound of breaking glass .

Shehnaaz woke up feeling unbearable pain in her stomach she clutched her stomach closed her eyes in pains as her toes curled up . She tried to move but the pain was unbearable for her , she tried to take her phone from the side table but the glass near the table slipped down .

" Madam kya hogaya , main ... Main Saab ko bulate hu " saying she ran out of the room leaving the tray near the door itself .

( Madam what happened , I .. I will call sir )

Dadu who finished his dinner was taking his medicines heard the sounds and came out of his room . The maid came running to him saying Shehnaaz is screaming in pain . He immediately asked his nurse to take him upstairs with the help of his wheel chair as he can't go upstairs in this old age , he called their doctor while going and was trying for his grandson to pick his call .

Dadu and maid entered the room to see the empty room , shehnaaz was no were maid saw some blood spots on the bed and then both heard water sound from the bathroom .

" Saab aap ambulance bulale " the maid said looking at the bed . Dadu gaze followed her's making his eye widen . He called the ambulance immediately .

( Sir call the ambulance )

" Shehnaaz tik ho beta " dadu asked from outside . Shehnaaz came out changing her dress , her face was wet .

( You okay dear )

As they reached the hospital , dadu made all the arrangements the guardian sign of the patient is required but he is not here yet dadu managed to make few calls to the officials of the hospital and they didn't waste any time to proceed . With his guards and nurse he was waiting as Shehnaaz was taken into Operation theatre after performing few tests .  His phone rang seeing the caller id it was Sidharth .

Without saying any other thing he just said " Come to City Hospital , Shehnaaz admitted here " . He didn't got any reply and the call got disconnected .

Composing himself Sidharth mumbled No nothing happened , he kept assuring himself . The images of his parents , his childhood was flashing . His car with full speed reached the hospital . He ran inside without even parking the car leaving the keys to the car itself . His guards were present their , taking care of .

He rushed inside , asking the receptionist he ran upstairs to the 6 th floor were his wife was . He saw his Dadu , nurse and other maid were their .

" Dadu haa sheh .. Shehnaaz " taking pause he continued . " kya hua meri Sana ko ? Yaha kyun ? " he asked yet moved towards the door seeing through it were his wife laid down on the bed unconsciously .

( Grandpa what happened to my Sana , why here ? )

Dadu eyes were moist seeing his grandson and his wife in this state . " Sidharth " he said , At the same time a nurse came out , Sidharth moved to her asking if she is fine what is going on ? . The nurse gave him were his signature is required he did and was asking her repeatedly his wife would be fine right . She kept saying their is no danger sir operation is going on .

As he was going to sign on the last paper his eyes caught Miscarriage , and his hand stopped . He starred at the paper then at the nurse " sir please sign " .

Closing his eyes tears escaped , he didn't even knew about it Miscarriage his unborn child . He signed the last paper

He engulfed him in his arm , Sidharth cried out saying " Mera bacha " .
