The next few periods were terrible. The teachers were so boring and I was so tired. But finally lunch came around. I went to my locker which was the HARDEST thing to open and grabbed my lunch bag. I walked down the hallway being bugged and pushed both directions by people as the made their way down the narrow hallway.
"Hey Jillian!!" a voice yelled down the hallway
I spun around to see Hayes trying to miniver his way through the crowd. He began to get closer to me then he finally caught up to me.
"Hey sit by me at lunch loser." he said to me.
"Not after you just called me a loser I'm not." I said with a smirk
"Yeah whatever." He replied
We walked together to the gym for "recess" and sat together on the bleachers and talked. By the end of the lunch period I think I knew more about Hayes than anyone but it was great. The rest of the day was good and I was so happy when 2:30 came around because we got out of school. I went to my locker and grabbed my PINK backpack and flung it around onto my back. I then walked out of the school to my car.
Three more weeks then it'll be summer break only three more. I was ecstatic for summer break, the warm weather being able to wear shorts and crop tops and go to the ocean, it was amazing. And hopefully I'd get to spend it with Hayes. And yes I'll confess it now, I do have a little crush on him. I mean his eyes and his hair and don't even get me started on his laugh and his smile.

Hayes 😊: oh nothin much just wondering if you wanted to go get some

Me: yeah sure when??
Hayes 😊: right now, meet me there.
Me: okay..lol see you soon

I ran to my room and threw my backpack onto my bed and went to my closet. I grabbed some high waisted shorts, a black crop top and my teal vans.
