Dinner

I rushed into my room I was sharing with the others and looked through my luggage for something nice to wear for tonight.

I found a white crop top with a flow red skirt and red heels. Along with that I got red feather earrings a silver bracelet and a small silver wallet to go along with it. (A/N outfit on the side bar.)

I put on some makeup and curled my hair, then checked myself in the mirror to see my work.

"Not bad Melody, not bad at all."

I spoke to my reflection feeling accomplished. I walked out of the door and walked down to the lobby where the others would be.

When I got there I saw Shawn staring at me with his mouth agape. I walked up beside Matt who was in a tuxedo.

"You look good." Matt said while eyeing my outfit.

"Thanks, you don't look too bad yourself." I respond while eyeing his suit.

Even I had to admit that he looked good in a suit.

"Alright lets get going." Nash says while clapping his hands together.

We walk to the pure black limo waiting out in front and I get in sitting next to Shawn. I couldn't help, but stare at him. He was wearing a tux also.

"Y-you look really pretty." I hear Shawn whisper next to my ear.

I blush a deep red, did he just call me pretty?

"T-thanks, you look quite handsome also." I whisper back

"So where do you think we're going to eat?" He asks

"At a restaurant, duh." I reply with a sarcastic grin.

"Well, no duh, but I mean what restaurant?" He says with a small smile

I ponder this for a moment,"Mmm I don't know, I don't really know any places around here."

"Yeah, me neither. Guess we just have to wait and find out, huh?"

"Guess so." I reply with a shrug.

Me and Shawn talk a little more, and I learned a lot about him like how he loves playing guitar, he has a sister named Aaliyah, he was born in Canada, and he absolutely loves muffins.

We arrived at a fancy restaurant with lights everywhere and a bunch of glass windows surrounding it. There was a long red carpet leading to the building.

Poparzzi was there, but was held back by a rope

I was the last one to get out of the limo. When I got out I saw Shawn there offering me a hand.

"Thank you, you are such a gentleman."

"Anything for a pretty lady." I blushed madly.

The others were already inside, and me and Shawn walked in together.

I took a seat in between Shawn and Matt. Taylor was next to Matt, and Carter was next to Taylor.

On the other side of the table, Cameron was next to Nash, Aaron was next to him and the Jacks were next to them.

A waiter came up to us and took our orders. While we waited we all just talked about stuff.

The others were in heated conversations about who knows what, while I just looked down at my nails.

"So, anything interesting about you that I should know?" Shawn asks me while turning to face me.

"Umm, no not really."

"Aw, come on. There has to be something."

"Well, I have a sister named Maya, a dog name Cooper, and a friend named..."
