17: Wake Me Up

*Spence's POV*

"Spencer, if you can hear me move you're right index finger." Said a voice I've never heard but I obliged.

"Good, for yes answers move your right index finger, for no answers move your left index finger, do you understand?" And I moved my right finger.

"Alright let's get started. First off I am Dr. Nelson, I am the brain specialist, do you have any questions?" I moved my left index finger.

"Ok, do you feel any pain?" And like before I moved my left index finger.

"Hmm."

Hmm? Is he supposed to say that?! I want to ask him but I can't move!!! Wait how am I moving my fingers? Maybe I can open my eyes..

I try and it actually works! Finally I realize I'm in a hospital room laying in the bed with a lot of needles in my arms. My throat hurts but I soon realize I have a tube in my mouth going down my throat. What the fuck is this contraption? I start crying because I have such a horrible gag reflex that I feel like I'm going to puke.

I look over at the doctor hoping he'll help me but he's in the doorway taking to another doctor speaking as quietly as possible. I scream out and one of the doctor looks over at me with this scared expression which scared me even more.

"Oh my god she's awake. NURSE!!" The doctor yelled.

"We're going to need some knock out gas so we can take the tube out!"

No please don't make me! I just got out of the dark I don't want to go back!

(Harry's POV)

I was sitting in the cafeteria watching Liam scarf down a bologna sandwich sick of how he could eat in a time like this when over the intercom they asked for some nurses on floor 3, Spencer's floor. They said it was a code blue. I hope that's not Spence!

I go over to one of the cooks and ask if they know what a code blue is and they told me it meant someone woke up from a coma unexpectedly and needed help. Just then Niall runs out of the elevator run toward us.

"Niall what's wrong?" I ask him as he tries to catch his breath. He puts his finger up so he can catch his breath fully before speaking.

"It's Spence. She's awake."

I run past him to the elevators and push the up button none stop until the door opens and push the floor 3 button a billion times until the door closes.
