Edit of Elle, Charley and Kass in the sidebar/above❤️

This is mainly character development but there is an important event to build up to😉

60 minutes later...

"Ready to go?" Bethany asks, sporting a worried expression.

"Yup," I reply monotonously, popping the 'p'.

After they all left my room, I ate the rest of my breakfast, cleaned my teeth, jumped in the shower, sorted out my hair and make up (then packed the last few toiletries in my suitcase) and got dressed into my black jean shorts, my 'Charlotte Hornets' basketball-tee and my black combat boots- all whilst pondering over what could be wrong with my mother.

Currently, I am saying my final goodbyes to my family whilst my mum tries to hold back the river that was beginning to brew behind her eyes.

She never has been too fond of the idea of her 'baby girl going away all summer', no matter how many times the trip occurs. It has happened four times, so far, as we begun this annual event five years ago (but we decided to cancel it last year, due to certain... circumstances).

The first year was when we were all 12 and the twins' (Jess and Tiegan) parents came with us for the first two years. Although, they had stayed on the other side of the forest and never bothered us after 4pm and before 7am. Yes, we did have to get up at 7am every morning for the first two years.

Luckily, Zayn, my best friend, is now in charge of it all and he lets us all lay in a little bit more.

After an emotional goodbye hug with my mum; pep talk from my sister and the usual 'don't-be-an-idiot' lecture with my brother (plus an extremly heartwarming call with my father), the twins pull up outside of the gates in Tiegan's flash new white Audi R8 Spyder.

I excuse myself to let them in and everyone helps get my bags into the car- I always bring at least two large suitcases worth of stuff with me.

Don't judge me, you never know what might happen or who might need extra clothes; it's better than not having enough stuff.

We're quick to get going and pick up Paige before getting onto the road ahead of schedule.

3 hours later...

We just made it to camp in record time, beating the other 4 cars by over half an hour- mainly because Jess was driving most of the way here and she really enjoys speeding down the motorway at 90 mph

She honesty shouldn't be allowed her license, but I guess you have to have fun with a car like this. Of course, her sister doesn't agree.

The journey was spent gossiping, singing at the top of our lungs and a lot of sleeping (on Paige's part, which resulted in us drawing a few things on her face with purple sharpie). It's her fault, she the one that stayed up until 3am 'talking' to her booty call!

Once everyone else (and that's Zayn, my bestfriend; Michael, paiges 'booty call'; Liam, Tiegan's boyfriend of 11 months; Niall, Zayn's boyfriend of 18 months; Paige, Jess, Tiegan, and I, obviously; Charley, Luke's crush of over two years now; Elle, she has amazing purple hair; Kass, who is possibly the sweetest person I have ever met; Louis and the tag alongs Harry, Zayn's childhood best friend, and Annie,Louis' girlfriend) arrived, we started to set up camp and get everything ready for tonight.

Meaning that we got all of the booze & food set out for the party.

Me and Tiegan end up taking the two shortest straws, consequently having to collect the wood for the campfire.
