When you use your blood quirk too much you'll get light headed from blood loss and tend to throw up black sludge, if you cut too deep it well leave a bad scar.
When you use your wing quirk too much you'll feel heavy and exhausted, like someone put weights on your back and you get very sick to your stomach

Yes, your quirks have stages. The blood quirk can go into the ground and control it from the roots. That's stage 2. Your wing quirk can duplicate itself. Two whole sets of wings, like a ladybugs in a way
