The next day after the emotional talk, the blonde didn't think about it much during his school day. After school and hanging out with his squad he when home. His mother-like usual, was yelling at the blonde boy, wondering when he would yell back in response. He yelled a “Shut it old hag” and was on his way. He escaped to his room, the room that held the everlasting memories of him and his childhood friend. The boy laid on his back and closing his eyes, thinking about what past memories he remembered, both physically and mentally.
The blonde was only a tot-4 years of age- when he was playing with his two 'friends' he forgot the names of. The blonde remembered the way his heart lit up when he saw his emerald childhood friend and the way his eyes would sparkle in the shining sun, giving them a effect that had to give you a smile, big or small.
The blonde was in his own world before realizing that his friend was right infront of him. His hair was still untamed and wild, his lips as pink as a rose, and his eyes, sparkling in the sun's light. “Hey Kacchan, did you get your quirk today?” asked the first haired kid. “Of course you dumb Deku. My quirk is explosions. I can make explosions from my sweat." Replied 'Kacchan'. “Woah, that's so cool Kacchan. I didn't get a quirk but that's ok because we can still become heros....right?” asked the forest haired boy in a shy yet slightly scared voice. The blonde lost all train of thought when he heard those words. He felt a spike of pain throughout his heart, making it ache and yearn, and before you know it, he acted out on impulse.
“You dumb Deku. You were already useless enough but now you have to be quirkless don't you?! Quirkless people don't get to be heros, only people with quirks will be heros!” yelled 'Kacchan' straight towards the forest haired boy, throwing an explosion at him that caused him to fall and scrape his knee and cough up a bit of blood.
The boy was scared, he felt as if he was used and manipulated by his 'Kacchan' and the blonde saw this in the boys eyes. He saw mixed emotions of fear, anger, distrust and more. He knew what he was doing was wrong but he didn't know how to react. All he knew was how to hurt and cause pain in ones life, but he caused pain to the one he loved and that, hurt him more than it hurt the boy.
The blonde convinced the others to stop hurting the boy and they left after a while but he stayed. He stood behind one of the playground items support beams and watched what happened after. The emerald boy got up from off the ground, teardrops forming in his bright emerald eyes and left. He didn't do anything but go start to his mother and ask to go home. The blonde finally realized something that day....he lost a good friend.
All throughout their history was the same as that faithful day. The blonde and his group bullied the poor emerald boy, physically and mentally. They left scares and bruises of different shape and size, bright or dull. The emerald boy didn't do anything though. He just took the abuse with a small smile on his face. He know what he was doing all the way through.
One day that really messed up the poor teenage lad was when the blonde told him words that he would remember for the rest of his life.
“Why doing you jump off the roof of the building? Maybe then you would get a quirk in your next life....”
These were the words that caused the poor emerald lad to "act up". He didn't come to school for at least a week and a half, causing the blonde to worry. But the real trouble was when he came back. The emerald boy was not of his own mind. He barley showed any emotions, not caring for the way he was hit repeatedly. The blonde got scared but pulled up the courage to ask.
“What the hell is wrong with you, you stupid Deku?!” asked the blonde, showing physical pain and worry on his tough looking face.
“I don't know. I don't feel anything but emptiness and darkness. Now please let go of my shoulders Katsuki.” replied the emerald boy, bit a single bit of emotion being heard in his tone of voice. The blonde of course let go and looked at what he had created. He created a boy who used to be happy and bursting with emotion to a cold boy who wouldn't even show emotion for the smallest of things. This was his creation. His creation of fear, anger, disloyalty over the years. He had created a monster.
This when on for a couple of years until the boy just disappeared from the blondes life. The emerald boy never came to wave hello to his friend but now just pasted by him as if he didn't exist. The boy didn't show any emotion while being abused by his 'friend', instead he just sat there with a look of coldness and icyness plastered on his face. The blonde's 'friends' soon got bored and soon also faded away from the blondes life, leaving him alone in the dark. The blonde was just now feeling was the emerald boy was feeling as he was abused daily by his 'friend'. He just sat in there, looking like a fool who broke his only true friend.
