Hi friends!👋🏻 So this one-shot is based on the new book that I have been working on and soon going to publish. I just want to share a snippet of it before I fully published it. Keep in mind that it's not the full story.

Lisa was sitting across from her ex-boyfriend with tears in her eyes as she tries to calm herself down when the guy continuously dragged her down to her lowest. The atmosphere in the café was slowly becomes dead quiet as the two were the only ones to be speaking at the moment while everyone just listen and stares at them.
"I don't care, Liz! It should have been your responsibility to take care of our son." The mysterious guy spat as he earned people's attention on them.
"I am doing the best I can for my son! You have no right to tell me what to do. I'm already dealing with a lot on my plate without any of your help." The stressed teen mother choked up on her tears.
"Just tell me whose with my son right now Lisa! I swear he better not be with that dude." The angry boy continues to provoke the short hair girl as she patiently pulls herself together.
"So what if he's with Jungkook?" Lisa eagerly question as she waits for the guy to respond.
He scoffed, "You're so pathetic, and you only look desperate! I mean, is getting with my biggest rival at your new school your revenge on me?"
Lisa looked at the guy dead in the eye as his smirk wore off his face, the guy's reaction was slowly changing to a guilty look. The short-haired girl knew he regret what he had just said but she allow him to feel that guilt to eat him up; he was about to say something but Lisa cut off with her hand in front of his face.
"Me?! Pathetic?! You're pathetic you ran like a little bitch when our son wasn't even born yet; you'll never measure up to Jungkook even if you try! I'm so glad I ended up with a person you despite so much because it helps me sleep at night." Lisa snapped as she quickly grab her belongings.
"Liz! I'm not done talking to you about my son." The tall figure stood up on the opposite side of Lisa.
"I am! I can't believe I even thought you somehow changed and you actually care about Haneul." Lisa exclaimed as tears roll down her cheeks.
"Hey, babe! Is everything alright?" A soft voice calls from behind.
Lisa quickly wipe her tears away and grab her backpack as she stood up. A loud scoff was released from the guy in front of Lisa when he witnessed Jungkook's presence standing next to his ex-girlfriend.
Jungkook and the guy's eyes burned on each other as the tension slowly build up. Jungkook carefully places his hands on Lisa's back to move her behind him.
"How does it feel to be with someone that already has a kid on me?" The guy cockily questioned with a smirk on his face.
Jungkook was beaten by Lisa when she snapped back at the cocky guy, "Do not ever say that's your son! You've done nothing for him. Keep my son out of your mouth."
Jungkook only shrugged as he flash him a satisfying smile, "Your a deadbeat father who abandoned his child and girlfriend."
Lisa notices everyone's attention in the quiet cafe was on them as the two guys continuously go back and forth. Jungkook's eyes shift back to her as she held his hand giving it a little rub.
