PEYTONS POV. i was eating breakfast when i heard loud stomping coming from the stairs i look up and see joe looking very angry."peyton elizabeth briggs." he said very angry i was scared shitless.."yes?" i said looking up scared "WTF IS THIS COMMENT ABOUT US DATING?!?" he asked yelling at me.
i frowned.. "it was just a joke" i said "NOT A FUNNY ONE CAUSE NOW EVERYONE THINKS WE ARE DATING AND MY FAMILY IS ASKING IF WE ARE!!?!!!!!" he said obviously very very very angry "i'm sorry joey.." i said looking down "GOD YOUR SO ANNOYING." he said yelling in my face i flinched.. his face softened as he saw what he did. "peyton i'm so sorry you know id never hit you.." he said with tears in his eyes. "i know but i'm sorry for saying we are dating..i just wish we were.." i muttered the last part but he heard. he immediately hugged me tight. "i'm so so so sorry pey.." he said kissing my forehead. "it's okay joey." i said..
TIME SKIP TWO MONTHS. joes pov..
it's been like two months since me and peyton fought and we made up and now we are as close as we used to be. i was as football practice rn running drills with ja marr and tee. "burrow!! what's up with your focus??" tee said "yeah man cmon we got a game soon you can't be this distracted by peyton." ja marr said smirking. "HEY! it anit bc of her i'm just-.. idk." i said "bull fucking shit. it most definitely is peyton." CJ "man shut your dumbass up" ja marr said rolling his eyes. "let's just do these dumbass drills."i said irritated •••• i had just finished practice when i saw peyton in her softball uniform waiting for me by my car. "hey qb" she said smiling "hey pey did y'all win?" i said looking her up and down cause tbh she looked hella good. "yeah we beat them by 10 points!!" she said happily "woahhh hood job peyton i'm so proud!!" i said meaning. it all.
