Meeting

Mariah POV:

Waking up was the worst, mostly because I woke up and realized what time it was.. 12:00

"WHAT!? WHY DIDNT LILITH WAKE ME UP!"

Ugh my stupid sister failing again, but today I was meeting up with Chad my childhood bestfriend, oh it will be fun. Or so I thought.

Mariah was walking down the street to get to the ice cream place her and Chad were meeting at when she saw just the most handsome guy.. His eyes filled with a sparkle as he saw her pass by, his clothes screamed expensive.

"Oh hey!" Mariah said to the man.
"Hello, need anything?" He said back to her.

"Oh uhm I just wanna talk since my friend isn't gonna be here for a bit." Mariah waited for a minute before he spoke again.

"Sure, do you want me to buy you anything first?"
He spoke with a weird grin Mariah somehow didn't think was creepy.

"Really? You would do that?" Mariah was excited for free ice cream but also excited to talk to this man.

5 minutes pass and Chad shows up but the man, now known as Josh, bought her ice cream too. Chad started feeling dizzy and asked to use the restroom. Mariah stood up to go see what was wrong when she all the sudden got smacked in the head with a broom. Chad came back, saw Mariah, and then ran to the police station to report this.

Mariah POV:

I woke up, in a... hospital bed? What happened? I just remember... Josh.. JOSH. THAT STUPID MOTHERFUCKER! ITS HIS FAULT ISNT IT!

Anger filled Mariah but all she could do was wait for the police to say the did anything..

Her desire for love and an actual relationship was high but she didn't know this would happen..
