Shirayuki never experienced a pain this bad before, not even in her missions as a kunoichi.
"I see the head! One more push, Shirayuki!"Karin urged before the white haired beauty's cry of pain is heard around the room.
Causing her lover to tighten his hold on her hand that is breaking his hand in how tight her grip she's putting in her hand, her monster strength is not helping him in his situation as well.
"Uwahhhhhh!!!!!"
Suddenly, the raven haired teen perked up at the sound of his child's cry making him feel so much happiness and relief that he can't explain after seeing his child and lover safe.
Karin smile softly"Congratulations, it's a healthy baby boy."she announced happily as Shirayuki felt her red eyes filled with tears of happiness"I'll go clean him up before you."she left the two lovers to clean the new born child.
"You did it, are you alright?"her lover asked in unusual worry while running his not broken fingers through her hair in attempt to calm her down after giving birth to their first child.
Shirayuki smiled at him"He's finally born, Sasuke."she whispered as a tear of happiness slid down her cheek.
Sasuke wipe the tear and look at her with soft eyes"Shirayuki, arigatou."he whispered to her"Thank you for making me a father."
Shirayuki shook her head with a smile"No Sasuke. I should be the one to thank you, you made me the happiest mother."she said while still laying on the bed, inside the hidden hideout.
Not long before Karin came back with the bundle of joy"Here he is."
Shirayuki is now seating on the bed instead of laying down. Being one of the best Medical Ninja, she healed herself so the she won't have to stay in bed long than other female civilian after giving birth.
Karin carefully passed the bundle to the mother and left the three of them together for privacy.
Sasuke smile slightly as closely look at his sleeping son in his lover's arms, the baby have black hair, but they can't know his eyes color because he's asleep"What should we name him?"Shirayuki quietly asked him, her smile never left their faces as they watch their new born son sleep"Do you wanna hold him?"
The Uchiha hesitated before slowly and carefully took their son into his arms, he look at the baby"Seisuke. Uchiha Seisuke."Sasuke said before they noticed Seisuke finally opening up, revealing big ruby colored eyes.
