When you finally come to, you're in a dark and enclosed space. You start to panic, when you see a little light leaking around a corner. You realize that you're in one of the vents, lying on your back. You hope for a moment that what you can remember was all a bad dream, but when you look down at yourself you can still see the faux-fur covering your body, and all your hope vanishes. The vent is surprisingly big, more like a tunnel than a vent, and you manage to turn your body around and crawl into the light. You come into the office, thankfully somewhere you know and not a random room, and stand up straight. You can see Eric sitting slumped in a chair, and Brian sitting on the desk watching him with a worried but faraway look in his eyes. Brian looks up at you and manages a sad half-smile as his eyes rest upon you, but Eric only stirs slightly and lets out a groan. Upon closer inspection, you see that there are specks of blood in his hair, hard to see because his hair is a similar rusty shade. Blood is also flecked on his clothes, but most heavily spattered near his left arm. Deep-looking gashes stretch from his elbow to his wrist. You gasp in shock.

"What happened to Eric?" you ask, worried.

Brian loses his smile, and the look he's giving you now, almost pitying, does nothing to ease your worry. Liam walks in at that moment, through the large hallway, his blue eyes dark. He looks at you as well, with almost the same look.

"To put it a bit harshly, (Y/n), you happened," he sighs and walks across the room to Eric. Megan follows close behind him with large bundles of bandages clutched to her chest. Liam shakes Eric gently as Megan comes up beside them. Eric opens his eyes, looking groggy. He sees you across the room and gives you a faint smile, the first genuine smile of the . . . well, you weren't really sure of the time. You look at the ground awkwardly, not wanting to believe you'd done this to one of your good friends, but at the same time somehow feeling the horrible truth of it. What bothers you most is that you don't remember a thing. You can hear Megan telling him to put out his arm, and a quick look up tells you that she's bandaging it carefully.

"(Y/n), don't blame yourself. It's not your fault," Megan says firmly, and she's stopped bandaging Eric's arm and is looking at you intensely.

"I can't remember it all," you say tentatively.

"Which is only proof," Brian chimes in, giving you a smile that looks real. "But this is still a problem . . ."

You stare into the hallway, lost for words and still unsure about the situation in general.
"We'll find a way to fix it. We have to have hope," Liam says determinedly, big there is doubt in his eyes. You hope beyond hope what he says is true.
(Heeeeelp I have no ideas. Rally sorry for the long wait.
