The continuation of Makoto and Minji walking through the alleyway didn't last long,

they commenced up until the end of it

Makoto takes out her phone to check something.

"Makoto, what is that?" Minji asks curiously

"This?" She points at her phone

He nods like a child, slowly awaiting for an answer

"Ah.. well... This is a phone!

A device made to sustain things such as socializing and daily needs-"

"Do you talk to a lot of people?" He adds quickly before Makoto continued

She stared into the sky and then back at him, she's not too fond of her own answer

"No."

Minji; surely surprised, he looks at her eyes thinking of something to ease the mood, so that Makoto doesn't feel alone on that part

"I can relate to that, loneliness isn't only excluded to humans.

I've been stuck in that castle for a long time

Before that..." Minji cuts off looking down at the ground

"We should get going, it's almost 6pm" Makoto quickly said, not letting him finish

Looking at her phone once every 10 seconds to navigate to somewhere

They reached at a jewelry store, inside were some accessories placed that you could see from the outside.

She knew that Julia liked flowers, and nature themed accessories

Stepping inside the store.. It was filled with hanging lights and on the ceiling and walls were signs showing what themed accessories were for display or on sale

Minji quietly stood beside Makoto the entire time

eyeing all the items they pass by

Makoto picked up some earrings and a necklace

The earrings were simple, but pretty looking mushrooms.

The necklace however, was a resin made flower; unrecognizable on what type of flower it is

She glances at Minji,

"Hey, is this okay?"

"Mhm, it'll look really pretty with the gift"

Her eyes shine with anticipation

Will Julia like this gift? Will she accept it? She began to think

Minji closely looking at a few more items, spotting something

A bracelet, with sunflowers and daisies on it

Picking it up, he returns to Makoto

Poking her shoulder, she looks at him with a questioned face

"I-i think this would look good on you, I found it and feel like it'll look nice while meeting your past friend."

looking at him with the most flushed face he's ever seen

Minji could tell she doesn't tend to get a lot of gifts

"I'll repay you, soon.. If you decide to take it of course"

"N-no! I should be the one to repay you, it wouldn't be fair that only I get the gift"
