Calvin drives down the street as I shake terrified in his passenger seat.
"I'll explain everything Skylar, I promise you." Calvin clutches the steering wheel with a frightful look on his face. "just Beileve me."
"You just-" I begin to panic as my eyes brim with tears. "He's dead." My voice breaks out at the end of my sentence.
"He was a bad man skylar."
I want to Beileve calvin.
"Skylar please don't leave me." Calvin stares out the windshield hard as he speeds the car up.
"Just take me home." Home? Where even is my home at this point? My dorm room? Calvin's house? I HAVE NO HOME.
"I'm taking you back to my parents house."
"Um what??" His parents.
"Don't worry it's one of their house. They aren't currently staying there."
I stay silent for the remainder of the car ride.
