I've been seeing Strawberry every now and then although I mostly keep to my place now. However٫ when I go to get my morning coffee today٫ the first cookie I run into is Strawberry. I'm able to avoid her then٫ but then I get in line at the Latte Café٫ and Strawberry is standing right infront of me. There is no way out of this interaction now.
I stand there for a few moments٫ and Strawberry decides to start the conversation. "H-Hi٫ Crepe..." she says quite awkwardly.
"Heyo٫" I say٫ trying to act like I didnt just avoid her for three days straight.
She kind of shuffles ahead and I do the same. "So uh..." she starts٫ "May I ask why you've been avoiding me..."
I don't answer. I stand there. Im not sure what to say to her. I make sure not to make eye contact.
She shuffles ahead again and I do the same. She orders something that I don't pay attention to. "Next!" the casheir yells.

That was weird. I hated that. I just went straight home and ate my croissant.
