Ok so this little update is just to tell you guys while Izuku is so far the only UI user, that is not a Angel or fellow GoD, others will gain it too, but they won't be able to get the Perfected or Completed State in a long time
Ultra Instinct Sign (Power Stress)

Users of UI Sign are able to power-stress their Ultra Instinct Sign form, sacrificing UI's True Strenght, in exchange for Raw Power.
When using this power-up, the form becomes more muscular and gains a much more fierce-looking aura with colors similar to those of Super Saiyan Blue
This power-up grants Users more physical strength and ki-based power in exchange of decreasing and limiting Ultra Instinct Sign form's dodging and defensive abilities due to the emotions and rage incurred during the power-up process affecting the form's calm mental state which is mandatory for maintaining it's true strength
