chapter 2 : A new life ahead.....

"Early morning it was around 6.30am when alarm rang ,God ,next day after trip is worse than the trip itself but since its my first day there I need to go " I woke up half sleeping when suddenly i saw a dark shadow standing outside my window i quickly opened the curtains but all I  felt was a gust of cold wind pass by.......

In mystic falls high school

As soon as i pulled up my car ,yes my father gifted it to me on my bday , on the parking lot ,everybody started turning to look at me .... Ok , i was looking good with purple top long sleeved and black jeans with a black jacket and my hair ruffled on the sleeves ,but definitely, I was not going to win any beauty pageants. Still everybody was staring.. "What a dead school no fun at all " yeah my first words in school . I was heading to the dean's office to complete the other necessary formalities but someone stopped me . She looked a little like me .

'hey you must be new, by the way, I am elena"

"This is alycia"

"nice meeting you alycia"

"ya, could u tell me the way to dean office" i asked her smilingly

"ya sure why not its right there" she pointed towards the right near the reception.

"thank you" i replied

"you have taken which subjects" elena asked.

"history with foreign languages rather ancient ones i should say" i said

"woah tough choice... umm ,why didn't you join  physical education" she asked slightly wondering

"seriously, I am not that type of a girl who cheers and whistles , holds pom poms and all for guys, someone that whistles for me cheers for me ,thats my type"  I replied with a little attitude yes i forgot me and my attitude problem has been there since birth i don't knw from where I adopted it  since no one in my family had such a nature but i guess it had become my second nature.

" oh! anyways don't say that to Caroline , she might get pissed" she said

" ummm.. who is dis Caroline by the way" i asked

" ahh ..she's the leader of the cheerleading squad she might not like this nature of yours" she said in a warning tone

" i will keep that in mind" i said and got inside the principle office

" we will meet u in canteen alright" elena said and left

" wow another Damon in town" elena thought and went to the canteen

elena pov

"who were u talking to" caroline asked

" a new girl "

u mean the girl that is said to be my future competition"

"yaa.. that was too fast for you to decide Care" I replied

" i should go and talk to her atleast it will be so rude of me to not talk to her on her first day" caroline said in a friendly tone

" wait she is in the principal's office i'll make her meet u all as soon she gets free "

in the canteen

alycia pov

" hey elena"

"hey .. before further talks guys i want you all to meet my new friend Alycia Albert" she announced happily

" hello everyone  pleasure meeting u all" i said in a happy tone

" Alycia this is my brother jeremy, my friends bonnie and caroline and turn your back "

i turned to face a fairly tall guy pale who looked slightly older than his age with a surprised look on his face

" meet my bf alycia ,Stefan Salvatore" she said

" hi Stefan, its a pleasure meeting you"

He looked a pretty surprised as though he has seen some criminal or something like that

" hi, nice meeting u Alycia" he replied in a sort of scared tone as if i would kill him

"hey why don't you come and join the  cheerleading squad, it will be awesome" Caroline asked excitedly

" umm.... no I guess I have already taken my subjects so I cannot change now" i replied sorrowfully

I remembered elena's warning regarding her getting pissed i guess its not a good idea to

make enemies on the first day itself..

"lets go guys our practice is going to start" caroline got up in a hurry and they all were gone except for Stefan

" You don't want to go ? "i asked

" I guess you too need someone to show you the school" he replied in a charming way

"why not but first tell me where my locker is , I am  pretty pissed up searching for it and couldn't find it still"

" sure ,why not " he replied and smiled.
