After burning off your tears with a short exercise session, you went to bed at 8PM, a lot earlier than you usually did. You were in the mood for a little bit more sleep than usual, or at the very least, a little more time to think in a more comfortable place.
Though you were in bed by 8, it wasn't until 9:30 that you finally fell asleep. Your thoughts were racing about the day you'd just had, the memories you'd just made, and it took a lot longer than usual to calm yourself down. Part of it you attributed to excitement, and another part you attributed to that mysterious feeling of yours, the one that forced the tears out when you'd seen Polka, and again when you saw Ollie.
Regardless, you woke at 4:30 as per usual, went through your daily routine, and sat at your pc for the first time since you'd played Minecraft. You had quite a few notifications to catch up on, but you were mainly interested in your Discord, particularly to see if Polka and Ollie had requested you.
Sure enough, their names appeared at the top of the list. You clicked their names to accept their requests, then left your pc again, intending to go outside. You hadn't completely burned off that feeling that you'd had, and wanted to find someone to beat up to help with that. You hoped you'd be able to catch someone in the middle of a crime, so you'd be able to swoop in and absolutely destroy them. So that they'd have hope that they'd be able to pull off the crime only for you to come in and shatter their dreams.
You pulled the mask over your face and locked your specs into place. Taking out and putting on a smooth and lightweight jacket, and a pair of pants that did not prohibit your mobility, you opened your door and walked off, hoping to see anything out of the ordinary. One hint of a crime would set you off, an unstoppable monster capable of ravaging an army.
You entered an alleyway, out of sight from people, and jumped up onto the rooftops. It would make recon that much easier. You were right. Almost immediately after you noticed a disturbance on a nearby street. A man, leading a little woman into an alleyway where another few people were waiting. A robbery, or potentially something a lot worse. Even so, it would be trivially easy to stop.
The woman was noticeably panicked now, having seen the numerous men in the alleyway, but the man with her was now forcing her into the alleyway. She looked rather young too. If there was one thing you absolutely despised, it was predators. It was time to end this.
You used an overhanging pipe and kicked downwards, speeding towards the ground at an unbelievable pace. You landed with a light kick on the back of the gangster nearest to the woman. He flipped forward, only just managing to land on his feet, and even then, he collapsed forward into another one of his thugs. The woman looked spooked, but grateful too, and she hid behind you. The thug frowned angrily.
Thug 1: You'd better leave, now, before things get bad for ya, kid.
The thugs pulled out their weapons: one had a pipe, another had a spring-loaded knife, and so on and so forth.
Y/N: Heh. Cute.
Within the blink of an eye, every single member of the gang was slammed into a wall in some way, each wall of the alleyway cracked or completely broken. They lay maimed and injured, lying in the dusty ruins of the walls they were thrown into. The woman behind you still seemed tense. You turned to her. She was actually really pretty, with a cute black cap with devil horns, a shoulderless crop-top, purple hair that stretched far downwards, and lightning yellow eyes.
Y/N: You're safe now. Go home. Look for an adult and tell them what happened.
As the woman turned to leave, you called out again.
Y/N: Hold on.
???: Y-yes?
You pulled a small camera off of the side of the wall you'd stuck it on. The device had recorded the entire encounter.
