doyoung thankfully was still alive around midday for lunch after the many killer subjects he learned on a literal first day. even so, he still hadn't meet any signs of his seatmate being in school since eight in the morning.
he concluded that maybe they were called in home for being sick. doyoung couldn't believe that he was making such a big deal out of it since he had always been alone throughout the end of his primary school and the start of his middle school.
doyoung shook his head in dismissing the matter, he didn't want to be too sad on a fresh chapter of life just because of a personal fact that happened in the past. doyoung felt lightheaded after a slight vision of dejavu. he stood beside the cafeteria's entrance door and scanned in hope for a vacant seat.
on the far corner along the windowsill were a free circular table with no human contact within three meters at least was present. with his lunch tray, doyoung approached the place and consumed his food comfortably with a noise of chattering happened in the background.
doyoung was munching on his carrot-salad when he heard a foreign voice greeted him. he looked up from his tray to the presence of two students, one with an ethereal eye smile and another with a stoic yet stunning visual.
"hi, do you mind if we join you here?" the person in the front asked. doyoung stopped his chewing to look to his left and right, he just wanted to make sure the guy was talking to him.
doyoung sipped his water while contemplating in his head whether he should accept or decline. but after he glanced at how busy the cafeteria was, he had his answer.
"yeah, sure." doyoung said in a cheerful tone to the new comers in his zone. he smiled out of reflex after he saw how the guys' eyes changed from hopeful to relieve, especially the white haired guy.
doyoung was a goner for doe beautiful eyes.
