Hattie and Penny are both from Splatoon. Penny uses the Brellas, while Hattie's more comfortable with the Blasters.
Penny is Agent 4. She's secretly friends with Octavio. She will only attack someone if provoked. She always feels she's being forced to attack the enemies, even though they've done nothing to her. She holds a strong grudge against Agent 3, but doesn't show it.
Fairy14YT Hattie, like Diana, has another side. Hers was with her when she was born. It never fully developed until she saw one of her friends dead.
Vandalize, the other side, was created from Hattie's negative emotions. However, Vandal cannot stop smiling. Otherwise, she'd lose control and Hattie would control again.
