Billie and Henley are from Miitopia. Billie is the protagonist while Henley is the former dark curse.
Henley went missing at the age of 15, due to becoming the dark curse. At the age of 17, Billie started fighting the monsters that her twin had created.
Once Henley was saved, she realized a few abilities stick with her. Water and Ice manipulation.
Billie has all the abilities of both a normal Vampire and a Miitopia one.
