Inside the office, Ozpin was sitting at his chair and drinking his coffee as he is inside his office. He is reviewing a report that a group of "Unknown Soldiers" saved another village on Vale. Though not only on Vale but also on Mistral too. He also heard the news about the" Unknown Soldiers" across the Kingdoms on the news.
Flashback
When Ozpin discovers rumors of the "Unknown Soldiers", he is currently reviewing multiple reports that happen by night and day. Needless to say, he is shocked. Multiple villages were saved, a lot of Grimm horde were killed, and a lot of White Fang bases were destroyed.

Lisa: This is Lisa Lavender, reporting today on VNN live. Another White Fang Base was discovered destroyed last night, it took place outside the forest of Vale. All of the White Fang members that were stationed there were killed once again by the 'Unknown Soldiers". It seems to be a massacre because the base was littered with White Fang bodies. When the police arrived at the place, they found White Fang survivors that are tied up. The police arrested them so easily that there were no questions about who killed them. We will switch up the news to Jackson Mark and Alicia Williams.
Jackson: I am here at Vale hospital, doctors discover that one of the White Fang leaders that have an aura was pierced through by an unknown projectile. They claimed that he was shot in the head despite his aura protecting him.
Alicia: Many people think that the projectile was from the work of Atlas. However, Atlas denied any claims about the aura-piercing projectile. This brought confusion to many because Atlas is known for its advanced technology, this, however, spark the interest and concern of the council. Could it be that the "Unknown Soldiers" have this type of weaponry? Back to you, Lisa.
Lisa: Thank you. As for now, there are still no leads or evidence about the "Unknown Soldiers". This is Lisa Lavender, signing off.
As Ozpin is trying to find out who these individuals are, he already asked Qrow to find the "Unknown Soldiers". Also, there was a report that a village far from Vale was attacked by the White Fang. Atlas soldiers are there to help but they abandon them. Ozpin was shocked by it so he called Team CFVY to help them. When they came back, they said the village was empty and there were no bodies within the area.
Team CFVY even found the White Fang base that was near the village. When they arrived there they found a lot of White Fang soldiers killed and their base was destroyed. They were shocked, sickened, and wondered what happened.
Soon they found the last survivors of the White Fang that were tied up. Team CFVY called Ozpin and they told him what happened, he called Vale Police to go there and secure the survivors.

Ozpin: (though) "Knowing that these "Unknown Soldiers" have access to weapons that can shoot through the aura. Who are they working for?"
