A/N: Sorry for the lateness but no matter how early I start, I always end up crunching it and editing takes time too. How do you like this chapter?

Seungmin could only classify Yujin's sentiments towards Hyunjin as Obsession with a big fat capital O.

Seungmin had his own O. Get your head out of the gutter; he meant Oligarchy.

"Hyunjin braided your hair yesterday. He's not your personal salon. He's not going to braid your hair today as well." He calmly explained to her though he was feeling anything but calm. He wasn't as hard as he could be because truth to be told he wanted her to win. He wanted to have an excuse to see the pretty man again...but he couldn't risk her always getting what she wanted. She needed to learn that some things were just not achievable and there would be disappointment but it was okay.

"Fine..." Seungmin squinted his eyes "I'll wear my hair down. Can he pick me up from the centre?"

"Sweetie, the centre only allows guardians to pick up kids" he explained even though technically if the guardians gave permission it was possible but he wasn't going to tell her that. She was getting too attached already and so was he.

"Fine..." oh no she really was not going to relent. He had taught her that it was okay to give up but if she had enough energy and will she usually persisted. "can we go to the park after school then?" he cooed a bit at her calling the childcare centre 'school'. He then sighed.

"I will see if he's free but if he's not..." Surely there was nothing wrong with hanging out at a park? It would probably relax him or inspire him for his art.

"We patiently wait until he is free" she nodded to herself.

That phrase was going to become their motto.

He wasn't exactly objecting to it.

He told Yujin that he needed to have a 'boring grown-up conversation' with Hyunjin and that she should give her snack neglected in her mouse-shaped plate a chance. Once her head was down he whipped his phone pretty fast and texted Hyunjin. Sure...he could call but that was scarier. Not that he was afraid. He could flirt with anything living, over a certain age and able to consent...but texting was better. On his heart. As his friends constantly harrowed him – he was an old man.

'The hellion wants to go on a picnic tomorrow. Want to come?'

The response was almost immediate. 'What time? Sounds like fun'

'Around 2'

'Can I paint?'

'Sounds like fun!'

And just like that they agreed to meet up the day after. It was easy. Perhaps too easy.

"Yuyu, guess who's joining us tomorrow?"

Her shriek was piercing. She behaved the rest of the day. Hyunjin must have some sort of magic.

The park was nice this time of the year. Actually, the park was nice during any time of the year but particularly March was rather nice. The air was a bit crisp but that made snuggling into a sweater and the fluffy blanket they were using to sit on even more enjoyable.

Seungmin had of course brought his camera or rather a camera. The man must have a collection because it was a different one from what he remebered and Hyunjin found that...hot.

It's good that the air was crisp because it lessened his blush. They were sitting so close together! Yujin had ran off to speak to some flowers under the watchful gaze of her parent and that left the two of them sitting thigh to thigh.
