When Sanemi got back he was in such bad condition that he couldn't have visitors. "What in the hell happened?"

I just said that in front of everyone and everyone was shocked. I don't really curse a lot.

"Tomioka, I must ask you to watch your language."

I look at Gyomei who looks more shocked. At least his facial expression, I can't see his real eyes because he's blind.

"Sorry Himejima."

Yet again, everyone seemed shocked. I don't apologize often either.

"Ara Ara Tomioka, What is with wrong with you today?"

I stay silent. "This is why nobody likes you!"

Still silent. "Kocho, how is Shinguzawa's condition?"

Master's question makes everyone go quiet and focused on him. "He will be able to fight by tomorrow."

Smiling, Master called the meeting to an end. But wanted me to stay.

Most of the hashira got up to go while I stayed. Muichiro was asleep and he had a random cat on his shoulder. "Tokito, please wake up"

Muichiro slowly opened his eyes, got up, and exited with his orange cat.

Master now looked at me. "What is on your mind? It's like no other."

He asked me this just a few days ago? "You asked me on Monday."

"I know but your still bothered, is it the fact that Shinguzawa is hurt?"

"I guess so"

Master looked hurtfully surprised when I said that. Then smiled. "Your caring for him."

"I know"

Master and me stayed quiet for a while. "You are dismissed."

I got up and left when Muichiro grabbed my shoulder outside. "There is mist covering your mind. Why?"

How the fuck should I know? Is he a mind reader?

He repeated the question. "14 year olds.."

I made him let go of me but he just followed me home and he STILL had this cat on his shoulders. "Stop following me. It's creeping me out."

Muichiro stared at me with his foggy eyes. "Your concerned for Shinguzawa right? Why can't you just say that?"

I ignored him. The cat hissed but I didn't care.

"I thought you were being nicer. Apparently only Shinguzawa gets your sweet side. Why not us? Shinguzawa is always rude to you while we are all trying to be kind but you give him your nice side?" Muichiro runs away and I watch him. 

Am I being that rude? Maybe I should try to be much kinder to everyone. I look at Muichiro in the distance. I realize that he left his cat behind. I know where his estate is but he wouldn't want me there.

I leave it. A few minutes later I hear Muichiro and Rengoku outside. Without knocking, Muichiro bursts into the house. "Where did my cat go? I will literally decapitate you."

Rengoku pull him back. "Now now Tokito I saw your cat near my place!"

Muichiro went over and slapped me but then left to get the cat. I must have made him feel bad. I should have taken the cat. Goddamn me, I'm just a shit person. Sabito would have been a better water hashira, he would have been nicer.

I fall asleep on the floor and sometime during the long night I hear my door open. I open my eyes to see Muichiro. "Go home. It's 12AM"

"Sorry Tomioka."

I accept the apology and I fall back asleep. Please say that Sanemi is ok..

I was discharged by Shinobu at 3AM in the morning. 3AM IN THE FUCKING MORNING. I walk over to Giyuu's estate. His door wasn't even there. I panicked until I saw him lying on the floor peacefully. I pick him up and take him to his room.
