Topaz and Citrian (a Steven Universe fan fiction)

New gems

STEVEN ' S POV

Me and Connie were sitting on the beach talking about our favorite book. When Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl came running out of my room.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Something is entering our atmosphere," Garnet said while Amethyst and Pearl summoned their weapons and I put a bubble around me and Connie.

The object landed on the beach. It looked a big green orb. After a few seconds it opened up and two gems jumped out.

"Who are those guys?" Connie asked.

"I don't know," I said in ah.

"We are Topaz and Citrian and are here to help in the fight against the home world," the taller gem said.

"How do we know this isn't a lie?" Pearl said.

"Because we have this," Citrian said taking out this weird looking hollow gram.

"It's a wanted sign," Garnet said examining the hollow gram.

It's our wanted sign. We spoke out against the government and told them how it was wrong to take over other planets and hurt them," Topaz explained.

"So your really fugitives from the law?" I asked.

"Yup,"

"What's it like?"

"I've got to say it's really fun,"

PEARL'S POV

As we discussed what do with these new gems all I do was wonder, what Rose do?

"I think we should give them a chance just to what their all about," Amethyst said.

"I agree with Amethyst we don't know them but we should at least give them a chance," Garnet said folding her arms.

"Okay well if we do this we need to find some one to keep an eye on them," I said.

"Okay you can do it then, since your sure they need to be watched," Garnet said while walking away.

As I walked over to Steven I see one of the gems summoning a weapon.

"STEVEN WATCH OUT," I screamed summoning my spear and running to attack Topaz.

"Pearl what are you doing," Steven said getting in front of me.

"Pretecting you, she was going to attack you," I said stopping my attack.

"No she was just showing me her weapon," Steven said as Topaz putting away her weapon.

"He asked me what my weapon was so I showed him," Topaz explained.

"Oh sorry I get a little to pertective of him sometimes," I said putting away my weapon.

"It's okay, it happens to us all the time," Citrian said in a low voice.

"We should go inside then," I
Said.

As we walked home I felt a little ar piece to have some new gems around to help protect the earth and Rose......I mean Steven.
