Stivonnie the sword fighter

Tanksheppard note: This chapter won't exactly be about Topaz and or Citrine but it will have them. So please bare with me and enjoy. Oh and I've noticed that my chapters have been kinda short so I'm going to try to make this chapter and future chapters longer, and also in this chapter their will be singing, I wrote the songs but their short and probably not that good so please just don't judge me. Steven's POV

Me and Connie were at the sky arena having a sword fighting lesson with Pearl. We are almost as good as pearl. Well I am, Connie has started before me and so I have to catch up. But Pearl says I'm making progress so that's how I know I'm doing well.

"Okay now cross slash turn and slice the neck," Pearl says as we finish class.

I walk over to Connie after packing up my stuff.

"You've been progressing very well Steven," Pearl said walking with us.

"Thanks Pearl," I say." So I was wondering what it be like if Connie and I fused Stivonnie and tried sword with you Pearl."

"Most likely you'd defeat me considering you'd be a fusion gem and with your sword fighting knowledge combined would be hard to beat," Pearl explained." But then again I have a vast knowledge of sword fighting that may be too great for you to handle even as a fusion."

"We would never know unless we try," Connie says.

"Then that settles it Stivonnie and I will sword fight tomorrow," Pearl says.

"We're going to fuse and sword fight in the same day. Woo hoo," I scream.

"Yeah and we're gonna rock it," Connie saws putting a fist in the air.

After Connie, Pearl, and I get back to the temple I tell Garnet, Agate, and Topaz about the sword fight they seem worried. Well Garnet looks worried Agate is excited to see us do it. Topaz doesn't seem to care.

"Pearl are you sure about them fusing and fighting you?" Garnet asks.

"Why not they both are great sword fighters and when they fused the last time they seemed stable enough," Pearl explains.

"Yeah Garnet they got this," Agate says.

"It wouldn't hurt for them to try," Topaz says.

"Please Garnet we're really looking forward to it," I plead.

"Yeah Garnet please," Connie pleaded with me.

"Fine if your this excited about this then I won't stop you," Garnet smiled.

After getting Garnet's okay I went to Lion and got my mom's sword from his mane.

"Here Connie we're gonna use this to fight pearl and use my shield," I say giving Connie mom's sword

"Steven we have a problem with this whole Stivonnie fighting with pearl tomorrow," Connie says.

"What is it?" I say losing my smile.

"We don't know how to fuse on purpose," Connie says.

"Oh my gosh your right," I say holding my head.

"Don't worry I have an idea," Connie says calmly and standing up taking my hand as we run to the beach.

"What's your idea?" I ask when we stop running.

"Give me your phone," Connie says.

"Okay, but what's your idea," I ask handing over my phone.

"Okay so what happened every time we fused?" Connie asked.
