Three months. Maya could barely believe that her sweet boy was now three months old. To her it was amazing how Noah had gotten through everything with the NICU and being born early. Maya had loomed how Josh was busy playing with Mila as they could barely believe that their children were growing up.
"This is incredible. How things have changed. Noah is healthy and happy. Mila is just energetic and crazy. And we.... We're happy to be here with our two beautiful babies," Maya said.
"What we haven't noticed, which we probably should have, is that we are not alone. Never. We can go through a teen pregnancy and marriage and raising two children. And all will be within the limits. We are still going to be here. Fighting strong," Josh said as Maya had nodded and saw how her friends had came through the door.
Maya smiled as everyone had gathered to spend Easter together. Most of the Matthews had came down to New York to spend the holiday with the family while Alan and Amy finally got to meet Noah as well. Maya was surprised and relieved that her life had worked out the way it was supposed to. She had two beautiful children who she was raising alongside her husband while her friends and family supported her decision to do more than she could ever have wished for.
"Our lives are perfect," Maya said as Josh smiled snaking his arm around Maya's waist.
"Yes, it is," Josh said as he had given Maya a soft kiss, knowing that their lives were picture perfect.
