Back in the Kool Aid Kave, Kevin and his maid Kalfred spent 2 hours 36 minutes and 15 seconds cutting open Kool Aid packets into a giant container he bought at Kmart on March 23rd 2:37pm 2014. Though Kool Aid Man has a goal in mind he can still kill two stones with one bird. Him and Kalfred are going for not only world domination but a world record on fastest people to open shoplifted kool aid packets. (Despite all the effort and 50 years of dedication he loses by .002 seconds to some 8 year old girl with a pet monkey who wears crocs and talking map)
After preparing for this moment his whole life (plus 8 years) he waits for nightfall to carry his container of powder to the city's dam. His plan is to dump all the powder into the water then speed dial his old superhero comrade Storm from X-men. With her weather controlling abilities his plan is to bribe her with a crisp $20. After saying yes (because who wouldn't do anything for a crisp $20) she will use her powers that can control a process called precipitation to cause the kool aid water to evaporate into the clouds and rain over the city.
