Chapter 2 - Yay! Friends!

Olivia's POV

We arrived at school and I can see a lot of students were already scattered on the parking lot. I got out from the car and my brothers escorted me to the principal's office. While we're walking, I can already see the jocks with their varsity jackets on, the popular cheerleaders and their pom-poms, the nerds with their pokemon or yugi-oh cards, the "swagger" teenagers with their snapbacks on, the normal ones or the people who doesn't give a flying shiz or two.

We stopped at the door with a sign that says 'Principal's Office'. "We'll leave you here now Chachi, we need to go to our class" my brother Christian said while he patted my head like a dog. "Yeah, we'll see you later my little sopapilla" my brother Tristan said as he pinched my chick. "Can you two please stop doing that? that's embarrassing. I'm fifteen now okay?" I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. I don't know why Tristan still calls me 'sopapilla' I mean it's a name of a food. Although he mentioned one time that it suits me. I shook my head as the thought of this came into my head. "The people I have to live with" I sighed. "Okay..Okay.. just call us if you have a problem." Christian smiled and started walking away with Tristan.

I breathe heavily and knocked at the door. The door opened and a woman which looks about 30+ greeted me "I'm guessing you're Miss Olivia Gonzales?" she smiled. "Yup! just wanted to get my schedule so I can go straight to class." I answered back with a smile as well. She seems really nice anyway. "Of course." she went back in on her office but didn't take long to come out with a little piece of paper. She hands me the paper and said "Here you go. I hope you enjoy your first day. The school isn't that big and there are also signs which room to go so don't worry about getting lost." I took the paper on her hand and said "okay thank you. Better get going then. I'll see you around ma'am"

My first class is going to be science so I started walking towards the way that has a sign "S1-4" written on it. Thankfully I'm on the highest set which is room S1 where most of the class has a possible chance to be normal and nice.

The door was already open when I got there so I just went in but suddenly a girl with a big blue eyes with a red hair came up to me and said "You're the new girl aren't you?! I'm Adrianna but you can call me Dri or DeeDee. You should sit with us!". She pulled my arm without waiting for my opinion which i guess I don't have a choice but she seems cool and chill anyway so I followed her in the very right corner of the room. A girl with a dark brown hair and a brown eyes glared at Adrianna and looked apologetically at me. "Excuse her, she's just...uhm..whatever you want to think of her. I'm Precious." she smiled offering a handshake. "That's a cute name. I'm Olivia but you can call me Chachi" while I shook her hand. "Chachi? That's a much cuter name! I'm Scott by the way" the boy with a blonde hair interrupted while he offers a hug. "Uhm. Thanks. Where can I sit though?" I asked searching if there is still a space left. "You can just sit with me and Dri you go sit with Scott before he do something stupid again." she said while he glared at Scott. Dri sighed and sat beside Scott while Scott smiled at her but more like a smirk though. I let out a small laugh as this is going to be a fun day.

It's only been half an hour and I already made some friends. I'm quite happy that people like them exist. I don't know much things about them yet but they already made my day.

I'm having so much fun getting to know these people that I didn't realize it's our last subject already. The bell rang and we started packing our bags. As soon as we got out, we exchanged numbers except for Scott because he's in a different class. Precious and Dri made their way out of the school as I'm still waiting for my brothers and sister. I was feeling kind of hungry so I walked myself to the canteen only to find a guy who has a black hair with blue eyes looking at his phone and waiting for the lunch lady I guess. I walked up behind him awkwardly as we are the only one in the canteen and it was really silent. "Where is that lunch lady anyway? oh my god this could not be more awkward. Someone send help. Wait a second. What if? What if he can hear my thoughts?!" I say to myself looking outside the canteen awkwardly. The guy in front of me turned around to face me but not taking his eyes off of his phone. "Do you have any change for this? I've been waiting for 38 years here and no one is still here." He joked as he finally looked at me while he hands me a $20 bill. I let out a small giggle and say "Sorry but I don't". he stared at me for a second util he finally spoke "Okay thanks anyway. See you around" and he walks away.

This lunch lady sure is taking forever so I made my way out of the canteen towards the parking lot. Unfortunately my brothers aren't there yet. I wonder where my sister is though. "Hey!" a familiar voice echoed on the parking lot as I search who it was. It was him..that guy.. from the canteen.
