...Monday...

Dashia's POV

I happily entered the building. I wasn't late this time. I was humming as I knocked on Adira's door. I heard her say come in and so I did.

"Hellooo" I smiled towards her and sat on my table.

A few hours passed. It was the same thing again. She said nothing and gave me nothing to do at all.

I just stood up and made coffee. She'll eventually ask for one so I'll just do it earlier just to not bore my self to death.

"Do you need help?" I asked placing the coffee beside her table. "No. I'll be fine" she replied not even taking her eyes off of her laptop.

I sigh and went back to my seat. My eyes suddenly lit up and took my phone out. I typed few things here and there before putting it down.

A few minutes passed and a knock on the door made me look up and smile. " I'll get it" I said and excitedly stood up from my place.

"Thank you" I took the paper bag and closed the door gently.

I stomped towards Adira and slammed her laptop down. I opened the paper bag and took out a box of food. The same one I left here before for her.

"Please eat. You've only drank coffee. This may not be fancy food but it's good and will fill you in"

"I'm not hungry. Take the food off of my table now"

I pouted and shook my head stubbornly. "No! You should eat okay? How will you work if you'll end up in the hospital? Here open up. Say aaah" I took a spoonful and raised it up her mouth.

Eventually she opened her mouth and ate the food. I fed her as she stared at me. I didn't mind since I'm happy I didn't lose that argument, and she actually finally ate food and not just coffee.

I raised my hand for the last bite but she suddenly grabbed it and held it for a while. She slowly held it near to hear mouth as she finally took it in. I didn't know why but it made me blush.

"There, that wasn't so hard is it?" I said fixing the box and threw it on the trash can.

"Thank you Dashia" she smiled making me smile back 10 times brighter.

"Maybe you should smile more Adira, you'll look less scary if you do" I chuckled.

"Are you scared of me?" She asked looking back intensely.

"Sometimes, when you're being too mean. But not too much, I know your actually mushy inside" I teased making her chuckle.

.

"Bye Adira! See you tomorrow" I waved leaving the office.

"Are you sure you could manage alone? It's dangerous going out at night, I could drop you off if you want" Adira stood up ready to follow.

I shook my head and held my hands up to stop her on her tracks. "I'll be okay, I'm an adult now. I can manage it and besides you need to finish that today right, so don't worry" I reassured closing the door.

I checked my phone and saw how late it was. It's already 9pm which is hours pass my out in work. I sighed and waited outside the building.

I've been waiting for a few minutes now and yet I've not got a cab ride yet since almost all of them are full.

I had to get home as soon as possible so I decided to just walk home. It's probably good exercise. As I started walking down the street I felt hands pull me and I ended up in someone's arms. I noticed the perfume and suit.
