I won...and you?

Chapter 4

The lesson had started thirty minutes ago and the professor had assigned us a research on the dangers of the internet and we had to do a power point; luckily for me Chris hadn't left me alone even for a moment, and he was trying to distract me by saying a lot of stupid things, but thanks to him I had calmed down completely.

"So little kid in love, did you manage to look for information about the research?" Chris asked me with a slap face, referring to the guy next to me "Of course I did, and anyway I'm not in love!" I replied slightly nervously, he laughed and approached my face, leaving me a sweet kiss on the cheek and then saying "Don't worry, it will be our little secret" and winked at me.

In half an hour I hadn't had the courage to turn to Thomas for fear of making a bad impression, but I realized that there was nothing to worry about and so I turned in his direction to see what he was doing, he was on the internet and he was looking for information, sometimes he would open some new page and type something, while he was typing on the keyboard I paused to look at his hands and I noticed that he had tattoos on his fingers right at the beginning under his knuckles, they were letters and he had them on all of his fingers and I did't know why but the fact that he had tattoos made it mysterious to me.

An hour hour passed and me, Chris, Thomas, Charlie and some other boy in the class had already finished the test and we had given it to the professor and as a reward the latter had left us the remaining 30 minutes free and so me and Chris talked about the fact that maybe I had a big crush on the newcomer; at one point Chris said "Hey sorry ... Thomas right?" "Yes, right and you are?" "Chris, nice to you .... I wanted to ask you something, are you engaged?" "My pleasure .... no I'm not, why?" Thomas replied with a slight laugh and a small smile on his lips, "Well you know there is a friend of mine that I think, no wait sorry, I'm convinced that she has a crush on you and you know maybe you could have known each other, that's all, but if you don't want to, don't worry ", I looked at him terribly and he smiled at me making me even more nervous, while Thomas replied" Well I wouldn't mind meeting someone new, it the end here I don't know anyone but you two, so that's okay" "Perfect, Adele now we know that you have a chance" he said putting a hand on my shoulder, I turned around suddenly saying" Chris! What the heck are you saying! " "Wait a minute are you the girl who would have a crush on me?" he says looking at me in amazement, I looked back, completely panicking ... and now what would I answer him?
