"Hanta Sero! If you don't open this door, I'm going to burn it down!" Mina screamed, knocking violently on Hanta's door. It was 7 o'clock on Friday morning, the time Hanta was supposed to be downstairs helping Mina and Ojiro with breakfast, since it was Momo and Jirou's break day. Hanta groaned and rolled off his bed, flopping onto the floor. Mina began to knock again, and Hanta forced himself to the door and undid the lock. "About time," Mina said, stomping into the room. "What time did you go to bed last night, love? You're not usually late."

"Uh, I don't remember," Hanta admitted, rolling his shoulders back. "Pretty late, I guess."

"No kidding," Mina grumbled. "Did you clean your piercings? Your Abeula will kill me if she sees your face got infected. God, and we need to do something with that hair. Here's your uniform. Hurry and change. I had Bakugou iron them all last night since he made Denks cry again."

"Jeez, Mina," Hanta chuckled, taking his uniform. Mina spun around, her back facing Hanta as he changed. She got out the rubbing alcohol and Q-tips for Hanta's piercings, as well as some detangler, a comb, and a blow dryer for his hair. "You're really on top of it, huh, Pinkie?"

"Well, since I don't do my school work, I might as well take care of you boys," Mina answered sweetly. "Come sit so I can fix your face, darling." Hanta nodded, finishing his red tie as he sat down at his desk. Mina propped up her mirror in front of him and got to work. "Tell me what's up with you, Hanta. Ojiro is taking care of breakfast all by himself, so we've got time to talk."

Hanta shrugged, dipping the Q-tip in the rubbing alcohol as Mina combed out his ratty hair. Being half Mexican was a blessing and a curse. "There's not much happening," Hanta said, cleaning his snake bite piercings first. "I mean, there's the whole Denks-Baku-Kiri thing. What do you think we should do about that? Denks is really hurting, but he's too sweet to say anything."

"Don't avoid me, amoreco," Mina snapped. Hanta understood that when Mina switched from speaking regularly to speaking in Portuguese that things were serious. Hanta was really the only one who could grasp what she was saying when she went all out, since he himself spoke quite a bit of Spanish (though it was very loose and lazy), but Portuguese speakers have an easier time understanding spoken Spanish than vice versa. "Fale comigo, Hanta."

Hanta sighed, letting his shoulders slump. He put the Q-tip up to his ear to clean his industrial and orbital piercings. "I'm worried, I guess," Hanta said gently.

"About Todoroki," Mina finished.

Hanta nodded. "The news about his dad on TV was terrifying. I knew Endeavor was kinda a prick, but I didn't know he was an alcoholic. And I've been trying to find the right time to tell Roki that I like him, but it just seems like there's always something going on. And after the sports festival, he probably thinks I'm weak and useless. I'm trying not to think about it too much since obviously there's more pressing things going on, but damn..." Hanta chuckled, though his throat was sore and raspy, and his voice cracked just a bit. "It's stressful, y'know?"

"Everyone's feelings are valid, dummy," Mina said, now just brushing Hanta's hair with her fingers. "Todoroki needs someone to be there for him, someone to love him. You're so strong and smart and caring and charismatic, irmão. You got this."

"Thanks, Mina," Hanta replied, standing from his chair. Mina held out her arms for a hug, and Hanta accepted, laying his head gently on the shorter girl's shoulder. When the hug was finished, Hanta quickly swiveled around and put Mina in a headlock, ruffling her pink curls with his knuckles.

"HANTA, I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" Mina screamed, lifting her foot up to hit Hanta in the balls. Hanta yelped and dropped to the floor, laughing his ass off despite the pain. "Filho da mãe, Hanta! Que porra é essa?! Desenmerda-te, puta merda!"
