Bio: Clint Zagi was one of few people who may have the Ultraman Factor, but he was defective due to the darkness it had within its power. Later on, when he becomes at age 18, his body overcome with darkness he met with the former scientist of Macro City, nicknamed Belial, and he and Belial end up working together hidden within the space. Later on, when he heard about Jameson becoming an anti-hero to a hero, it angers him after knowing James's past of betraying his role as an anti-villain. When the first suit has finally finished, he changes sides to work with the Syndicate of Malice and associates with Crow and his family for information about his weapon. Because of this, Buzzard accepted him only he will not betray them for Belial as he ended up labeled as an anti-villain due to him working with Belial Alliance and how he usually be a wildcard to villains because he usually opens things up for heroes to win, two he usually betrays them due to things he doesn't find fit for himself, and three he usually fight some villains that took joke about his body form too far.
