We Know

I was jolted awake by cold water splashing my body

I gasped in shock and tried to grab my sword just to find out it wasn't there just a man who left after I was awake I was shackled to a wall with power sealing chains.

I looked around shivering and heard Monte.

"Sir your finally awake we were so worried" Monte said
Looking bruised and beaten up wait not only him but all my high ranks are beaten up
Don't tell me we were captured

"Monte who did this to you" I asked standing up looking down at my body you see am still wearing my armor but I was stripped of my weapons and shackled to the wall

"After you tried to fight the alpha he must have did something to you and you fell unconscious I tried to help you but they took me and all the high ranking people as hostages they were going to beat you but I couldn't let it happen we couldn't let it happen do we took the beatings for ourselves were sorry" Monte said wincing in pain I looked around and all of them were pretty injured I became enraged he dares to treat us like this.

"I can't use defensive or offensive magic but a gift of mine is healing, I  can maybe- " I tried to say but Monte stopped me "it would not be wise for them to know you have the gift of healing they will use you as a slave for your gift" I nodded and rolled my hands into a fist I was incredibly angry that my comrades are injured and I cannot help.

"They are coming back" Commander Devin said with a fierce look in his eyes

My eyes darted toward the cell bars and I heard the incoming footsteps coming closer and by the energy I felt was not the alpha's this man was far weaker.

A man around 6 foot tall with a scar over his eyes and a sharp sword behind his shadow loomed into the cell like a dark cloud I knew he was human by his energy what's a human doing with wolves.

"General your coming with me if you resist I kill them"he said as his loud and threatening voice echoed all over the room.

"Miss general we simply cannot let them take you" my eyes widened as lieutenant Andrew whispered those words I was sure the man didn't hear because Andrew was right Infront of me.

"How did you-" I asked shocked I was sure nobody knew.

"We kind of always knew it was when you were passed out and for a couple minutes in the great war against Sajatus the squad saw you change back but we told Monte to not mention it and the disguise spell is starting to wear off you have pretty eyes" he said smiling and I noticed the familiar tingling sensation of my disguise wearing off.

"Yeah and you helped us so many times I think it's time we help you mam no sorry sir" my left hand whispered saluting me.

"I said get out of the way before we kill everyone of you" I couldn't stand to see them in even more pain than they are now so I mustered up a little strength and busted off the chains connecting me to the wall but I still had on the shackles.

I broke through their man made wall and stood in front "I'll come but don't touch my people" I said the guards

They added chains to my shackles and dragged me away with my men disapproving of my actions.

I walked down the Hall with cells in every corner all holding prisoners some have gone mad some are starving some just look like they give up.

"Save me"An old man said crawling to the cell door banging his head on it screaming 'help me!' Until blood ran down his head.

"Get the old man out of there he's not needed anymore" a man in a white coat said writing something in a book he looked annoyed and tore out a page then threw it away while grumbling.

I wanted to say something but the old man has lost the will to live it will only be more painful for him and who knows what he did to be down here this place is a prison after all.

So I just kept silent and continued on walking
