Chad looked at Harry.
"So eh... My parents are being acceptive, like they're talking to me again..."
"That's good, right?" Harry mumbled and Chad sighed.
"They want to meet you."
"I'm sorry what?" Harry said and Chad looked at him.
"They want to meet my boyfriend, so you."
"That gonna be a disaster... When?"
"Today, they practically invited both of us over for diner..."
"Today? That's not great actually..."
"Why not?"
"I... It's a long story..."
Chad took Harry's hand and looked at him.
"You can tell me."
"Today is the day that... Cj died... a couple years now..."
"I'm so sorry... I- You don't have to come with me. I'll tell my parents you couldn't make it-"
"It's fine... I'll be there..."
"Are you sure? You don't have to-"
"I'll be there, in hope to make things easier for you."
"Harry-"
"What time?"
"You don't have to-"
Harry looked at Chad and the prince sighed.
"6pm."
"Good, I'll come by your dorm at 5.30pm."
"Harry..."
"What?"
"If you need your time today, y'know with your sister... I... You don't have to come."
"I shouldn't be focussed in the past, but on the present. It's something my dad used to say... When he wasn't drunk."
Chad hugged Harry and they split ways.
Harry and Chad were on their way to Chad's parents and the poor prince was nervous.
"What if my parents weren't being acceptive? What if this would be some sort of trap?"
"Jeez Chad, they're your parents. I mean sure your mom slapped you- but you said they were talking to you again, so that's a good thing. Plus I'll be right by your side... thanks for coming with me to Cj's grave earlier today..."
"You're probably right... and of course!" Chad said as he took Harry's hand.
Then the smile faded from Chad's face.
"God we're here..." he mumbled.
Harry quickly pressed a kiss on Chad's lips before Chad used his key to open the door.
"Hello Chad, this must be your boyfriend?" Cinderella asked and Harry looked at her.
"Yea I am. My name is Harry, Harry Hook."
"So you're dating a guy... AND he is a VK?" Charming asked and Chad was fiddling with his own hands.
"I well... yes..."
"We owe you an apology... I owe you an apology Chad, I should've never hit you..." Cinderella said and Chad looked at Harry for help, but the pirate boy just smiled at his little prince.
"I told you." the pirate boy whispered in Chad's ear and the four of them actually spend the evening in peace.
