It's been along time since Serkhet and Exaton first met , two whole years in fact.

Serkhet's POV.

As I was walking to Osiride's laboratory. I remembered the great times I had ever since I met Exaton. He would always speak with me at night and wasn't as rude as he was to everyone else , because they all hated him anyway except his father and mother. I got to know his mother and we became very close. She reminded me of my mother.

Many say that I looked more like my mother, who was born in Libya. My mother was a scholar who came to Egyxos to study.

I went in and after a while left. My head was spinning in circles. How would I explain this to my husband tonight , i thought. I dont know how Exaton would react. After I went in my room, I fell asleep from all the stress.

I woke up to someone calling my name. I opened my eyes and saw Exaton!. I was about to sit up but felt too weak. Exaton's expression changed from calm to worried. I tried again this time only to nearly fall.

Exaton grabbed me in time so I wouldn't get injured. After I was able to adjust myself, I told Exaton the truth. He seemed shocked but smiled calmly. I didn't expect to see him like that . " I'm sorry for not telling you Exaton. I should have told you earlier." " It's alright. Get some rest for now."

He told me while pulling me close. Suddenly I felt his lips on mine and turned red. Exaton has never done this before, it was the first time that he did this.

But I knew why he did this. He would only do these types of things in private.

I kissed him back and we broke from the kiss. " But are sure you can deal with everything. Especially the morning sickness and mood swings. " " I don't mind . It's our child after all, so don't worry about it." After he said I felt relaxed. I began to feel sleepy. He stroked my face gently and I was fast asleep.

It felt so comfortable to spend the night with him.

But as they say you might never see the future striking hard at you.
