Chapter 3: Casted aside

As the pair gazed outside the window they wondered what happened to the man that the bronze knight like man took down. Oishi sighed before time simply... Seemingly came to a halt. He felt a sharp pain on the left side of his face where his ear was. A sword poked out the wall with blood dripping from it. He felt a warm feeling on his neck before he looked down and saw his ear had fallen off. Well more.like cut off. He held it in pain as steel turned around. Seeing the man covered in scars staring back was two... Odd steam like cybernetics coming out, they seem like... Guards..the man in front has many scars and had sliver hair. The man spoke

"Tracked you down at last you slimy fox. Taking a young boys body that I now have to kill to eradicate you. Truly a horrid beast."

His Charming mature voice echoed through the room. Steel didn't give a single shit though as the picked up the lamp on oishis  night stand and threw it towards them. Oishi held his ear in pain before steel pushed him out the window. Jumping behind to try and escape the man's grasp.

This man was cinder. He sighed and looked at the guards

"Eradicate him.... Lord commands it."

Solaire would be proud of his work. Staring at the now dead corpse he simply left it in the street before he started walking the opposite direction. Then out of no where. A boy fell on him. As well as a girl climbing down behind. The girl yelled out

"OISHI. GOD DAMNIT GET UP. THEY TRIED TO KILL YOU"

Solaire simply stared at the woman as the boy kinda... Fell into his arms. He spoke in a booming voice through his bronze face piece

"You.... M-miss Akura?"

He said looking down at oishi. A ghostly head that of lady shibo appears beside his and says two words before retracting back in

"Run solaire."

Solaire books it down to where the body lied and steel followed behind

"ARE YOU KIDNAPPING OISHI?!"

The bronze knight yells back

"NO MISS. WE JUST RUN. WE ARE BEING CHASED BY TWO FOES. I CAN FEEL IT"

In a small library a child walks up to a desk and smiles holding a book titled "What are gifts" he speaks to the purple haired librarian

"Miss what are gifts?"

She says back

"Gifts are unique abilities people are born with...  A majority the population is born without gifts Hun... But they can appear later in life."

She winks at the child

"My name is lita. Don't tell anyone but I have a gift too~"

The boy smiled widely as he handed the book to her

Steel ran beside the knight

"HOW CAN YOU FEEL IT?"

Solaire kept running before taking a quick left into a narrow road

"BECAUSE I CAN HEAR THEM. JUST KEEP RUNNING AND STOP WHININ- SHIT"

The two people with odd steampunk cybernetics stood in front of the three. Oishi leaking Blood from his ear is unconscious. The two ninja like goes draw two swords that have a hot steam aura around the blade. Acting as a heat type buff. Solaire was panicking. He didn't want to show it off. He didn't want anyone to know. He drew the odd pistol from his side and aimed.

But before anything can happen. Cinder appears behind the two ninja like goes and steps in front of them. A large smile on his face as he chuckled at the sight of solaire

"Oooo scary armor you got there. Yet the Lord seems you..... As not someone who has to die persay. Leave the boy and the girl and you can be in your merry way.... Doing whatever."

*He stands tall and proud. His sense of Justice wouldn't allow him to leave. He had to protect these two seemingly teens at all cost. The narrow rode seemed to continue for ages and turning around wasn't a option due to the now heavily crowded street.*

"No. I will not"

Cinder smiles before walking towards them.
