"Ya know, Khonsu? You really have to stop calling me out of nowhere. Me, Ricarro, and Lychee were all having a very important conversation. But, knowing you, you probably already knew that." Cal said to the God of the Moon, who was observing one of the many floating hour glasses in the white hallway, known as the Corridor of Time.

"I know, Cal. But this is more important." The Egyptian God responded, still looking at the hour glass.

"More important than me adopting Ricarro and Lychee?" Cal asked, crossing his arms.

"Yes, Cal. More important than that." Khonsu said, now looking at Cal.

"Fine then, what is it? Lychee had just given me the adoption papers and I still need to sign them." Cal told Khonsu, pulling the papers out of his pocket to show him.

"I'm aware, but you see. That's the thing. You can't leave. At least, not yet." Khonsu said, walking over to Cal.

"WHAT!? Why!!!?" Cal shouted at the God.

"Because Cal, now that you have all of your abilities, the consequences are taking place." He said, walking back over to the other side of the room. "You now...

...Have to beat me in a fight." Khonsu said with a smirk.

"WHAT!? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FIGHT A LITERAL GOD!? I mean we fought Loki once, but we had Mjölnir then...." He shouted, but said the last part under his breath. He waved his arms to  emphasize what he was saying.

"But! Let me finish. You aren't going to be fighting me. YET. I'm going to be sending you to different dimensions. Dimensions that are like this one, but different." Khonsu finished.

"Different... Dimensions?" Cal questioned.

"Yes, that is what I said. Is it not?" The Moon God responded.

"Yeah, but...why? What good will this do for me if I really am supposed to be fighting you. And you didn't answer why I even have to fight you in the first place." Cal asked.

"Well, to answer your first question. The reason why is so that you can learn more about how to control your powers. These different worlds are gonna put you to the test on how to use them, and in some of them there are even people who might be able to help you. And, to answer your second question. You have to surpass me, Cal. You are my reincarnation. Which means that you will have to take on my responsibilities someday. You see Cal, I'm not the original Khonsu. I used to be someone just like you. Someone who used to have no idea they were a reincarnation. I had to experience the same thing that you are about to go through. I had to learn how to control my own abilities, and had to surpass my version of Khonsu, and eventually became Khonsu myself. Once you surpass me, you will take my place as God of the Moon. You will have your own reincarnation of you someday. You will become the new Khonsu. That is all I can tell you now. I hope this answers your questions." Khonsu told this all to Cal, but didn't seem happy to tell him about all this information.

"...." Cal stood there for a while, trying to process all that Khonsu had just told him.

"You do realize that's a lot to just drop on me at one time, right Khonsu?" Cal said to Khonsu, slowly looking back up at him.

"Yes, but it was the only way for you to cooperate with this. I cannot simply send you to the other dimensions without your own permission. It requires both of our consent to do so." Khonsu told him.

"I see... And you are sure this will help me surpass you?" Cal asked, to make sure that Khonsu wasn't just trying to have his own fun, even though he knew that Khonsu would not do anything that did not need to be done.

"Yes, I am sure this will help you in the long run."

"Fine then. Is there anything that I need to know about this first world that you are going to be sending me to?" Cal questioned.

"This world has wizards. Or mages. They practice types of magic such as Honey-Make, Celestial Spirit, Storm, Sky, Ice, Fire, Shadow, Lightning, Arc of Embodiment, Light, Plant, Explosion, Time, Decay, Memory-Make, Takeover, Life, Water, Dark, Cavern, Requip Gunslinger, Word, and Poison. They also have slayers. These slayers are Dragon Slayers, Devil Slayers, Spirit Slayers, Phoenix Slayers, Beast Slayers, and God Slayers." Khonsu responded.

"Thank you for the information and all that, but don't you think that was a little too much information??" Cal asked.

"You asked what the world was like, so I told you what it was like. What would you rather me do? Not tell you anything?" Khonsu said, in a sassy tone.

"No! I'm happy you told me, but you're being a lot more lenient with telling me things."

"That would be because I don't want you freaking out about there being magic everywhere. Ah, I nearly forgot. Whenever you get there, you will probably be very dizzy and/or tired. That would be because there is a lot more magic in that world than there is here. Hence everyone having abilities. So it will be a little overwhelming at first" Khonsu replied.

"I see... I'm guessing I don't tell anyone I'm a demi-god?" Cal asked.

"Well.. Not entirely. You can say that you are a Time God Slayer, since I will still be with you. You see, if you are a type of slayer, you have whatever type of slayer you are, inside of you. So a Dragon Slayer has a dragon inside them, and a Devil Slayer has a devil inside them. So with going by that logic, a God Slayer has a God in them. It will not be considered weird that I am with you. Which is one of the reasons why I am choosing this world first." Khonsu told him.

"Wait, if you are going to be going with me, then why not just tell me all this stuff then?" Cal questioned.

"Because I will not be able to talk to you all the time. I will only be able to talk to you occasionally." Khonsu replied.

"Huh. I suppose that would make sense." Cal agreed.

"Now, Cal. Do you agree to going to another dimension? I am unable to open the portal without you agreeing to go." Khonsu informed him.

Cal was silent for awhile.

"Fine." Cal finally responded.

Khonsu nodded in response to this. As he was about to open the portal, he stopped as he remembered something.

"Oh, one last thing Cal. Since normally a God Slayer's God is sealed inside of them, I will be taking control at night. The reason as to why is because if a God is not sealed inside a person, then to keep a God at bay, the host and the God have to come to an agreement. Our agreement will be that you take control during the day, and I take control during the night. And before you say anything. Yes, your body will still be well rested when you wake up. Now, since the portal has been made in your bedroom. Wake up."
