(Y/N)'s POV

Slowly, my vision started to come back, my head was pumping, my body was aching, I felt like I had just gotten ran over by an 18-wheeler.
"Ngh- ahh.." I gripped my head, trying to regain my vision. I can hardly remember what happened before I closed my eyes.
And then it hit me.

Troy...

I'm so sorry.. I wish I could've done more. All this keeps happening because of me.. if only I hadn't rebelled against my mother— I should've just kept being the quiet little child, obeying her orders..

But then I wouldn't have met Jeff, or all the other wonderful people who I have grown to love. Kate, Jane, BEN, and Slender. The people who took me in and called me one of their own. I owe them my life—

"(Y/N)?"
I heard a voice call out to me— slowly I opened my eyes, blinded by the LED's shining over my face
Why did that voice sound so familiar?
"She's waking up- get Slender in here now!"

That voice- no- it can't be.

"Ann?" I groan, my eyes started to scan the room I was lying in. There's no mistaking it—

Im in the Underworld..

"Oh child thank goodness! We were beginning to worry!" Ann frantically panics while embracing me. I had never seen her so worried. I was still too in shock to move, much less hug her back— I looked around and notice I was in Ann's medical room. I was sitting in a hospital bed, with a dirty hospital gown, filled with blood. What even happened..
Little by the little, the memories started to come back to me. I gripped my shoulder, feeling the stitches that covered the gun shot, and looked at my arms, all patched up to stop the wounds form gaining infections. I was linked to an IV and I could see the heart rate monitor right beside me. I can't believe I'm back here..

"Home..." I croaked.
"Yes darling— you're home." Ann smiled finally letting go of me.
"W-where's Jeff?!" I said anxiously. The monitor began to beep faster.
"I-I thought you would know-" Ann said with concern.
Beating faster now. Her eyes darted to the monitor.
"N-now (Y/N) relax darling—"
"No! I need to find Jeff—"

My mind flashed back to the scene. The scene where the mysterious cloaked figure stole my Jeffrey. "Where is the blanket I had around me Ann?!"
"R-right here darling.." she brought over the white stained sheet, handing it to me.
I fumbled through and found the paper I had stuffed in it— the blood stained paper that sat on the window sill.
"I'm going to get Slender. Do not move (Y/N). I mean it." Ann said grabbing her white lab coat and leaving the room.
I hadn't had a chance to read it, but finally, I can read the one thing that might give me a clue as to where I can find Jeff.

If you happen to be reading this, I suppose that means you're alive. I'm glad. After all, I'm doing this all for you, my dear (Y/N). I owe you after all.
You've had everything and everyone stolen from you. Friends, family— but do not fret. You will be avenged, as will all the other innocent lives these monsters have taken. I swear by it. And I will start my vengeance by taking the life of the monster that destroyed yours. 3 days.

"W-w-what does that even mean?!" I flip over the note trying to get some kind of clue as to who this is—
"Please.. not Jeff. I can't lose him— I can't—" my heart cries out, craving to hold my beloved- I reach out to nothing— my tears have clouded my vision, I can't even seem to breathe. The lump in my throat thickens— I just want this night mare to end.
"JEFFERY!!!!!" I screamed out— please. Someone hear my cries—

"(Y/N)?!" The door bursts open and my eyes dart over to the man I have grown to see as a father.
"D-dad!!!" My wails screamed through the mansion. I didn't care who heard. I just wanted to be touched, to be told it will all be okay.
