We could see Kongou helping Noelle at Finalizing the plan on how to take out the Siren Fleet and then Kawakaze spoke at the radio
Kawakaze(In the Radio): Ms. Noelle we are a A few meters close from the siren fleet, Orders?
Noelle: Tell Bunker Hill to sent her planes to intercept them first, then I want you Yukikaze and Hamman to launch torpedoes at the fleet while Kongou and Nevada will provide fire support to sink the fleet
Kawakaze(In the Radio): As you wish Ms. Noelle
and from there Kawakaze explained Noelle's plane to the others and from there Bunker Hill send her planes to distract the Siren Fleet while Kawakaze led the 2 destroyers into a broadside position where they released there torpedoes to the siren fleet while Nevada and Kongou fired all of there guns at the siren fleet
and the result: The Whole siren fleet sank as torpedoes and shells hit the siren ships while they are trying to hit the planes Bunker Hill sent
But one of the siren ships managed to fire a shell at Kongou's ship before it sank and Noelle was close to where the shell is about to hit
As Noelle saw this she ran far away from the area as the shell hit Kongou's ship and exploded
Kongou: Ms. Noelle!
Noelle: I'm fine, It's only rubble and debris that hit- me
and then Noelle checks her left shoulder and saw a huge piece of wood piercing her shoulder with blood rushing fast, making her pass out due to blood loss
As Kongou saw this she takes her to the ships infirmary while the manjuu's are putting out the flames and cleaning the place up while Kongou removes the Huge Piece of wood and treats the wound and from there Kongou tells Noelle's condition to everyone causing them to make a defensive formation around Kongou's ship as they head back to base
Timeskip
We could see Noelle waking up in a infirmary with a Arm sling on her left arm and then she tries to get up only to return as she still felt the pain on her left shoulder
and then suddenly someone opened the door revealing Kongou who is wearing a nurse outfit(The Hospital Talent skin) along with Vestal
Vestal: You're Awake
Noelle: W-What happened
Kongou: You got hit by a huge piece of wood at your left shoulder and it causes you body to release a lot of blood rendering you unconscious
Noelle: *Remembers everything now* I Remember now
Kongou: Thankfully I patched up your wound in my ships infirmary
Noelle: I see thank you
Kongou: You're welcome so what do you want to eat for lunch-
and then suddenly Akagi dashes in between Vestal and Kongou as she saw Noelle's condition and immediately goes close to Noelle's bed and starts to inspect her injury
Noelle: A-Akagi why are you here?!?!
Akagi: I heard you got injured at your first mission, It looks like Kongou didn't check out if all of the enemies have sunk
and the Akagi released a scary aura at Kongou
Akagi: And it seem I have to teach her a lesson
Kongou: Ha, Ha I'm in danger
Noelle: Nonononono Kongou doesn't done anything wrong It was my fault why I get in this situation so don't don't blame her okay?
and then Akagi drops the aura and apologizes to Kongou and Noelle and then pulls out a bento box revealing food for Noelle's lunch and so Vestal and Kongou left as Noelle eats her lunch made by Akagi happily with Akagi helping her to eat much to Noelle's embarrassment
