Connor is visited by Ironmouse. They had been friends for four years. Their audience gradually grew and the difference in content grew with it, the business of their careers causing them to distance themselves for two years.

"So warm." She says, cupping his hand. Relishing in the warmth, she brings his hand closer to her cheeks.
Immediately, he pulls away.

Connor and Mouse walk out of the apartment complex and into the streets of Tokyo. The sky, filled with blue and gleaming with bits of sun yet again. Only today, it was chillier than usual. A mere 11°C.
"Gah I'm fucking freezing." Mouse whines.
"Imagine being cold, in this weather? Couldn't be me." Connor jokes annoyingly, as they walk to the nearby station.
"As if you're not cold right now.."
"What was that?"
"Wh-hey!"
Mouse hastily tugs at Connor's denim jacket, to suspend Connor's confusion, reaching for his hand tucked underneath.
"Aha! I - wait. How is your hand so warm?" Her small hands and thumbs prod at Connor's.
"Mouse. What are you doing?" Connor says without a care on his face. No reason to freak out. She's my friend, i'll just let Mouse finish her weird antics and it'll be overwith.
"So warm." She says, cupping his hand. Relishing in the warmth, she brings his hand closer to her cheeks.
Immediately, he pulls it away.
"ALRIGHT, Mouse where'd you want to go today?"
Mouse only pouts, looking away.
Urgh. Connor thinks for a moment. Distraction, distraction, distraction.. aha!
"What'd ya say, we go to Akihabara?"
"....WHOAH Akihabara?? Weeb central?"
"Well, I wouldn't call it that.."
Mouse bursts in joyous fangirling. "AHHH! I can get more figures! Oh god, I need more Kamen Rider ones. You think they sell Super Sentai merch there? Oh my god, Cinnamorolls!!! Oohh I need everything!"
As Mouse rambles off, Connor's relieved he could get her mood up again. He's amused once again at the way Mouse gushes about what she likes. At the same time, he tries not to think, as he feels the need to cover his face.
Weirdly, he feels even warmer now.

It's bright and full of life in Akihabara. The town bore tall cityscapes, shops and arcades highly decorated with different anime and otaku culture. It's a Sunday, thus many people interested in anime, otome games and the like are visiting from shop to shop.

Walking in the streets of Akiba, Mouse was enamoured by every single little thing. From the big screens showcasing anime and game launches, to the small crépe pop-up shops decorating the roadside.
