WAKING UP THE NEXT DAY
I stretch and do my morning routine, Instead if having breakfast here I will just buy something from a nearby cafe
I will also be purchasing my own car, Not that I have a problem with the taxis and other transportation I just think it's time for me to have my own vehicle
Nothing fancy or to grand, My dream car has always been the cute little cars or a convertible
"Where to miss " The taxi driver asks looking through the mirror and into the backseat
Sending him a polite smile "To the nearest car place please " I say and he nods as the vehicle moves and start driving to our destination
Looking out the window at all the people passing by and walking on the sidewalk
It's so lively here, The place I use to live was small and not many people resided there
There were no skyscraper buildings, And it also wasn't many cafes and cute bakeries
So seeing this new environment is something I will never get tired of, I have also wanted to visit other places like Japan, Italy, or Paris and yes I know it isn't safe for a woman to travel alone
Considering the world isn't all rainbows and sunshines, I may be innocent and shy seemingly not knowing anything but I know it's some hidden dangers
And that is another reason why I keep my guard up, But I can't think the world is out to get me
If I do that then I wouldn't be where I am today, And if something does happen to me and I happen to be saved I just have to reflect and learn my mistakes
So it doesn't happen again
"We have arrived miss " The man says and I nod sending him a small smile
Thanking him I pay the money and exit the taxi, Pulling my purse close along with my coat
