Something that Really annoys Me is when they have Thor refer to Peter As Man of spiders, or tony as Man of iron or basically y/n as daughter of iron.
This is because when he met Phil Coulson he referred to him as Son of Coul.
This is actually Viking reference. it was how the vikings would give each other last names. If you had a son his last name would be your name + son.
Exempel, Odin had Thor, which make Thor's last name Odinson.
So no Thor wouldn't call peter man of spiders...
Also, why does everyone portray him as dumb in their fics? Thor is actually really smart! He's just impulsive especially when his emoitions get the best of him.
People also like to portray Loki as the smart one... smarter than Thor which is not true. I mean, sure, Loki is very smart but that's because he thinks differently than Thor. Loki has no limit. Loki thinks darker and therefore gets more things done than Thor, while Thor on the other hand has morals Loki doesn't.
Sweden may mot believe in norse mythology anymore but Thor is still a big part of our culture so please respect it.
