The day of the opening

"Morning everyone. Todays the day we have all been waiting for!" Quackity shouted. Everyone shot up and ran out to get changed into their new uniforms. Niki made them very quickly as she had all the materials ready.
"Let's get the city ready. It needs to be decorated for its opening day!" Purpled said. He was keen on decorating the whole city with Foolish. He didn't want Slime to come with them as he probably won't help them.
"Slime wanna come with me? I need your opinion on something." Quackity asked.
"Sure! I don't wanna decorate with those guys. Not keen on decorating or anything like that, you know?"
"Yes. Lets go." Quackity said quickly.

They walked into a room Slime had never seen before. It was well lit in the centre and extremely dark around the edges. "How have I never been here before?" He asked but no one was there. Quackity had left him there. It was just to get his speech but Slime didn't know that. He was scared as he was in the corners to scared to go into the middle. "Quackity from Las Nevadas! Where are you? Quackity from Las Nevadas!" He screamed.
"Right here. Did you really think I would leave you alone? That's horrible!" Quackity laughed.
"No, no I didn't! Totally! I knew you would come back! Haha..." He said, stuttering. "The rooms dark that's all."
"Sure. Anyway I need to read my speech to you. You will understand it hopefully and you are extremely honest."
"Well, sure! Thanks for the sort of compliment I guess?"
"Ok so." Quackity began. "Welcome, ladies and gentlemen to the grand opening of Las Nevadas! Entertainment capital of the world! Indulge yourself in the lavish lifestyle you never knew you could have. Admits the war and the chaos, try your luck and experience thrills of a lifetime. You'll find yourself enjoying our hub of gambling, nightlife, shopping, fine dining and entertainment. And because we're building a legacy that is prepared to last for centuries. We are not only a hotspot for fun but we are also a hotspot for business, trade and power. What happens in this country, stays in this country. So, are you read to try your luck?"
"Ok. First of all, I LOVE the way you said that! It's very welcoming! Second of all, the warning at the end was amazing and I haven't heard anything better in my life!"
"Thank you! Right let's go see what the others have done!" Said Quackity walking out, sorting out his tie. Slime followed him and their eyes widened.
"This is amazing! Red, blue and gold suit this place so well! That you for doing this! What would I do without you 3!" Quackity gasped.
"Thank you! We just took the colours off of the sign and decided to make bunting!" Said Foolish, "it was Fundys idea!"
"Yep! I think it looks pretty good!" Fundy proudly said. He had a massive smile on his face.
