Chapter One: The Girls Meet the League

"You having any more trouble with your Symbiote?" Sophia asked her best friend, Alexis, as they walked beside the creek at the local park in their New York neighborhood.

"Not as much anymore. We have been talking more lately and I feel like we've come to an understanding." Alexis answered as she drug a stick alongside her in the water.

"That's good, I'm glad." The dark-haired girl smiled.

Just then a blackened shape appeared before the two teen girls.

"What the hell?" Alexis said as discarded the stick and called forth her alien form.

"What is that?" Sophia asked as she took a defensive stance next to her friend.

It seemed to be pulsating slightly. Alexis took a few hesitant steps forward towards the anomaly. Sophia held onto her friend's arm worriedly as she followed. The symbiotic girl reached a hand out to object. She was quickly sucked in, Sophia pulled in with her. The girls cried out in surprise as the fell into the now identified portal.

"God damn!" Alexis cursed as the two fell out onto a concrete warehouse floor. "Fuck that hurt." She groaned at the rough contact.

"Are you okay?" Sophia looked over to her friend as the black goo of the alien entity retreated away from the girl's body.

"Yeah, fine." She reassured.

"Where are we?" Sophia asked as she took a quick sweeping look around. She noticed that they were not alone as they previously thought.

"What do we have here?" A man with black hair and scars asked in Japanese.

"Who the hell are you?" Alexis shot back in the foreign language.

"I asked first." The mysterious man spoke sternly as he narrowed his bright blue eyes.

"Alex." The brown-haired girl answered grumpily.

"Sophie." The other teen followed suit in a similar tone.

"Now where are we and who are you?" Alex growled in a threateningly.

"Dabi." He answered. "This is the League of Villains Headquarters."

"League of Villains?" Sophie questioned.

"Some headquarters." Alex scoffed, acting tough.

"This wasn't the plan Kurogiri, what happened?" Dabi turned to the abyssal looking man standing next to him, completely ignoring the girls.

"I don't understand, my calculations must have been off." He explained.

"Send us back." Sophia demanded.

"Afraid we can't do that." The dark-haired man spoke. "See, this place is supposed to be a secret, so, unfortunately you two won't be going anywhere."
