Its a Saturday. That means I get a whole day to do whatever I want! Well... not this Saturday. Right now it's being wasted because I'm currently shopping with my teammates. Thinking back to an earlier conversation I had with my them, I try to figure out how this happened in the first place. "Hey, Y/N, what's your combat suit look like? I've only ever seen you in your school uniform." Ruby ask as she makes her bed. Everyone is making their bed, actually. Once they heard the question Ruby asked, they all got curious and looked at me. Except Weiss who pretty much knew what I was going to say. I look back to 3 glaring, curious eyes staring at me. "Uhm.. I don't have one." I can hear a faint "Yes!" that I could've sworn came from Weiss.

Yang looks a little disappointed. "Thats it! We're going to get you a combat suit!" Yang holds up a fist in determination. "There's a tailoring store in Vale. We could go there for today." Blake suggest. "Sounds like a plan! Weiss?" Ruby turns to Weiss. "You wanna come with us?" Ruby twirls her fingers nervously. Weiss turns to look at you. She examines you, top to bottom before sighing. "I guess I can come along. I don't want you putting him in anything stupid." And now here I am, In Vale, wasting my Saturday looking for a combat suit with my teammates.

We eventually come across the tailoring place. 'Yamaden's clothing and accessories.' Kind of lengthy, but whatever. The faster I get this done, the faster I can get to enjoying the rest of this Saturday. "I've never seen this place before." Yang says looking up at the sign. Blake stops admiring the sign and goes up to the store. "Well, it did just open a few weeks ago." She gestures everyone else to follow her. Which we did. Inside is what you'd expect. A color display of different types of clothing lined up almost everywhere. The accessory section was pleasant to look at too. Ruby is more fascinated by the front desk for it has a sign that says 'Free cookies. Please take one.' With cookies beneath it.

"Hii!" Yells an feminine enthusiastic voice to Yang. The sudden noise made my ears twitch. How? I don't know. "My name is Yamaden. If there is anything I can help you with, don't be afraid to ask." Yamaden salutes. Yang smiles for this is exactly the person she needed. "Actually, yes. There is something you can help us with." Yang points over to me. "We want to make him a combat suit." I stand slightly behind some clothing. I don't know if I was trying to hide myself or just look like a mannequin. None of those options would have worked anyway because Ruby pushes me out in the open.

Yamaden walks closer to me, examining me in the process. She's lost in deep thought of what she's going to do with me. After she's finished, she takes a step back. "Would you like a custom or pre-made suit?" Wanted to end this quickly, I say pre-made. "Pre-" "Custom" Never mind, Blake interrupts me before I can say anything. Yamaden's eyes light up in excitement as she takes my arm and brings me into her work room. As she drags me away, I hold my hand out to the others as if you gesture 'Save me!' This is met with no response. "Wait! How long do we have to... wait?" Weiss yells out only to get no response for we're already in the other room. She only a comforting pat on the shoulder by Ruby.

Yamaden sits me in a chair and examines my face more closely. "Uhm..." I say as I move my head back in discomfort. "So what are you feeling?" Yamaden goes to her desk and grabs a pair of scissors. "Discomfort." I say in quick response. "Huh? I mean for your combat suit, silly. Describe to me what you'd like for it to look like." She does that thing people do with their fingers when framing something. I'm not an expert on making clothes but I feel like that's unnecessary. I think on her question and finally conclude an answer. "I.. don't know." Yamaden smiles and looks straight into my eyes. She looks as if she's reading from them. "The one dressed in black and red. Her name is Ruby, right?" "That's right..." I answer, backing my face away from hers again. "Why?" I add. Yamaden stands straight up and crosses her arms, smiling. "I know just what will fit you. Sit tight." She gets measuring tape and takes my measurements properly. With all the information, she writes it in a tiny notebook.
