[Y/n POV]

I walk out of the our room and close the door behind me. I walk to the front lobby to see if I can get ahold of a phone. I enter the lobby and look around. The only phone that I can see if the one for the receptionist. I can still see her fast asleep in the back room.

I walk around the counter and pick up the phone. I start putting in digits and listen. Good thing I remembered the number. After a few seconds she picks up.

Judy: "Hello?"

(Y/n): "Judy, it's me, (Y/n) Angeles."

Judy: "Oh my god, I was starting to think you wouldn't call. Is everything okay? Is Sarah okay?" She said in a panic.

(Y/n): "Don't worry everything is fine. Sarah is safe with me, but she won't be if she stays with me."

Judy: "Those men are still after you two?"

(Y/n): "Ya, that's why I wanted to see if I could get Sarah to stay with you. Unless she still needs to go to a hospital."

Judy: "That depends on her current condition. Has she been in constant pain and does she have fatigue?"

(Y/n): "It's hard to say. She said that she wasn't hurting, except for her stomach. She wasn't feed well. As for fatigue, she could very well have it. She was asleep in the car for a while without any movement."

Judy: "Fatigue can be caused from many things. If she is sleep deprived that could cause fatigue as well."

(Y/n): "Does that mean she can stay with you, I can pay you as well."

Judy: "Money won't be needed, but if she is to stay with me I'm going to need some medical equipment and meds just in case something happens. I can go to the hospital and-"

(Y/n): "No don't do that. That could get you into trouble and that's not a situation I want you in. I can get the equipment for you, but it will take some time."

Judy: "It will be needed as soon as possible."

(Y/n): "I will see what I can do. Thank you. Can I get your address."

Judy: "2033 Logan Dr. It's a red house with a brown roof."

I grab of the the motels cards along with the closest writing utensil and write it down. I also write down the details of the house so I know what to look for.

(Y/n): "Okay got it. I'm gonna go now. Not sure when we will be there but it will take a couple days. Oh and thank you."

Judy: "Your welcome. Stay safe."

I hang up the phone and rush out of the lobby. I go to our room and walk in. Sarah is on the bed eating, while watching tv, her hair still wet from the shower.

(Y/n): "Sorry, but that conversation you wanted it gonna have to be had on the road."

Sarah: "Already? What's happening? Are they here?" She said in a panicked tone.

(Y/n): "No. I'm taking you home to live with someone."

Sarah: "Who?"

(Y/n): "Nurse Judy. You're gonna live with her until I can get this sorted out."

Sarah: "How are you gonna do that? What, are you just gonna kill everyone you think is bad?"

(Y/n): "I don't have to think if I already know."

Sarah: *sigh* "I'm tired. I haven't slept properly in about two weeks, this is the first real meal I've had in that time I have been scared. Can I please have some rest on a bed, please.

She may be my big sister but she makes me feel like I'm the older sibling. I give her a nod of approval she gives a faint, but genuine smile. She gets comfortable in her bed and I do the same on the other. I got to try and relax, not just for me, but for her.

[Kingpin POV]

Goon: "We lost him sir. His bike hasn't been seen in or out of the city. His sister is the same."

Kingpin: "He will return no doubt. To finish what he started."

Goon: "What exactly did he start sir?"

Kingpin: "Revenge. He did the same when I tried to have him killed initially. I'm sure that he didn't take the kidnapping and harming of his sister too well either."

Goon: "What do you want to do next boss?"

Kingpin: "Gather up all of our resources, prepare for his return. When the moment is right we shall strike him down."

Goon: "Yes sir."

Kingpin: "Call in Wesley when you leave."

He walks out of the room closing the door behind him. I get up out of my chair and look out of the window behind me. I hear the door open again along with footsteps. I continue to look out the window to the city below.

Wesley: "What is it you need sir?"

Kingpin: "Any updates on our predicaments not involving the demon?"

Wesley: "The Devil of Hells Kitchen hasn't been seen since he took the girl. He will most likely show when the sun sets again."

Kingpin: "Leeland? What of him?"

Wesley: "Dead. We found him trying to leave the city. No doubt after giving up info to the demon. His son slipped from our men and is now in hiding."

Kingpin: "Call off the search, there is no use wasting resources on him. What of our Irish friends from outside the city?"

Wesley: "Our men took over their outpost nearly eliminating every enemy."

Kingpin: "Nearly?"

Wesley: "A third party got involved. Forty percent of our men were killed while only a hand full of Irish escaped. The outpost was set a blaze so nothing was gained."

Kingpin: "Whoever this third party is can wait. They are not our primary concern. I need your help in gathering everything we have. This man on the bike will be back."

Wesley: "I will make some calls, get some heavy artillery. Typical ammunition doesn't seem to have an effect of him."

Kingpin: "Perfect. I want eyes on all parts of the city. I want to know the second he is here. That is all."

Wesley: "Consider it done."

I continue to look out the window as he leaves me to my thoughts. Violent thoughts.
