Sophie started at his enticing ice-blue eyes for what felt like a century until he knocked her out of it.

"Hellooo, anything you want to say at all..." the mystery boy said while waving his hands in front of my face like he was trying to see if she was awake or asleep. She was awake, but when she looked into his eyes it felt like she was dreaming.

She started blushing -reaching a tomato red really quickly - "Errrr, ye. I am... lost."

With that, she started walking forward a few steps until his voice rang in her ears again.

"So, where d'ya wanna go? Cause right now it looks like you want to head to the basement - one of my favourite ditching spots but not the best place to spend an off day, personally speaking."

"I'm looking for the.... ummm.... cafeteria?" Sophie muttered, keeping her eyes fixated at the floor and her hair covering her face.

"Well then mystery girl, let me take you there." the boy said and hooked his arm in hers and dragged her away before she could even reply.

All Sophie could think was why is that HOT boy helping a nobody like me? Sophie kept her head down and avoided looking at his alluring eyes. However, wherever their skin touched it felt like it was on fire, fluttery fire...

"Well we're here... what's your name again?" the handsome boy asked after he had reached a halt.

"Ummm. Sophie," she barely managed to mutter out before her face began to blush -again.

"Well then Sophie, actually no. I am not feeling your name right now. Full name?"

Not only was Sophie furious that he just disregarded her name and treated it like crap, but she wasn't gonna let her opportunity go off talking to him, so she wrung out all the confidence in her body and uttered, "Sophie Elizabeth Foster, you?"

"Foster, I like it. It has a nice ring to it. Anyways, my name is Keefe, Keefe Sencen. See ya around" Keefe said and then headed the other way and left Sophie in a daze.

Her brain was on fire and all she could do was stay rooted to the spot and replay what had just happened: the HOT and HANDSOME boy had just helped her around the school for no apparent reason. Maybe he was just being nice, he was probably just being nice, he didn't want the new girl to end up lost - right? She shut down any possibility that he actually liked her, cause he didn't, right?

After a few minutes, she was able to shuffle her feet she found herself in the queue of the cafeteria with 2 chicken sandwiches - one for her and one for Biana. Although she was used to having a few eyes on her, she was not used to the many glares and stares she was getting from the snobby children.

"Is that not the girl that poor school sent over because they needed to get rid of children?" one annoying girl proclaimed, loud enough for the entire hall to hear.

"I heard she and her impoverished friends are here on a scholarship, ewww imagine." an obviously wealthy boy said, with disgust bubbling in his throat, when he said the word scholarship it looked like he was about to throw up.

"She's the one that's supposedly the 'smartest' girl in her old school, she probably won't be able to make it through one day here." another person cackled.

Soon enough everyone around her was talking about her and evidently not good things, she could hear curses and cackles - was she really this amusing to others?

Sophie could feel tears boil up in her eyes but she blinked them away and she hurried out of the public's view as soon as she could. When she was lost amongst the hallways, she let out her sob and let herself sink to the floor. The snobby, disgusting children with their rude remarks and snide comments made her cry; the fact that she was forced out of her old school and forced to join this over-the-top, annoying school made her cry; her own hate for the world made her cry.

The floor would have swallowed her up for the time she spent wailing on the floor, but once the fit was over she forced herself up and tried finding her way to the dorm, only to find Biana knocked out on the sofa and Dex lying next to her - awwww weren't they cute she thought. But she was still overwhelmed with fury and sadness and locked herself into her room and let herself finish her fit on her bed. She wasn't even hungry anymore and she let herself fall asleep in the comforts of the huge bed, which was now hers.
