Chapter Three

Chase POV

After school , I head to the mall to meet up with Vonna. It was gonna be hard to do this but it had to be done... It was fun while it lasted...

When I arrived at the mall, everyone from our senior class was there.. It was like a hangout to go to every Friday. I looked around and scanned every face until I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned and looked and it was her..

Vonna .

"Hey Babe!" Vonna said enthusiastically

"Hey.." I said distinct

"Come here, me and the girls were shopping around and we found these cute pairs of shoes.. You can buy them for me.

"Umm.... I need to talk to you" I said

"Ugh! babe, can it just wait. I mean, I really want you to see these shoes!"

"Actually, it can't. It needs to happen now." I said quietly trying not to draw any attention but I was no use.. Everyone was looking at the 'IT Couple' (Me and Vonna).

"Fine ! what is it?"

"Can we go somewhere private?"

"CHASE TELL ME NOW!"

"Fine ! I'm breaking up with you!!" I said, louder than I should have

"What?!! YOUR breaking up with ME?!"

"Yes . "

"How dare you! Do you know who I am? You know what? I don't need you! Your nothing!"

"Look, I'm sorry. It's just not working for me anymore. " I stated.

"Go FUCK YOURSELF!" Vonna screeched

Next Thing I knew, a cold drink was thrown in my face. GREAT .

Vonna POV

I walked out in the parking lot and drove myself home. Still distraught that he actually broke up with me. IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE SENIOR CLASS! This cannot be happening, No, no , no, no, no. This ISN'T happening. it just can't be! I know what it is, he was probably dared to do it. Yeah that's it! He should be calling me any second now to apologize and BEG for my forgiveness.

I stared at my phone, it didn't even make a sound.

FML !!!!! 😡😤😑

When I woke up from my nap, I was confused as to what happened earlier that day. But, it came to me... Chase broke up with me. We were no longer the IT COUPLE. Fuck .

I texted Fiona for some advice.. but no reply... hmmm I wonder what's up with her.

I went downstairs and found my personal Chef cooking me a snack. I quickly looked at the time, it was only 6:00pm .

I called my mother, I really needed to vent.

"Hello?" I heard my mother say through the phone

"Hey mom"

"Hey sweety."

"Mom, can we go out for dinner. I need to talk to you"

"Ummm... No. I'm stuck at the hospital for the rest of the night. "

"Umm , ok. I guess I'll see you in the morning then"

"Sure thing sweetheart." And with that she hung up.

Wow. So here I am, partially broken hearted and I have no one to talk to. Ugh!!!
