Chapter 2 ~ ten years later

You have been raised by your muggle relatives they seemed to be more nicer to you than your brother, you always got new clothes were as he got hand-me-downs you always figured it was because you were a girl and Harry wasn't but when they gave dudles spare room to you and gave Harry the room under the stairs that's when you noticed things were far worse for Harry than it was for you.

The day had arrived it was yours and Harry's eleventh birthday, Aunt petunia came in your room with massive presents and a cake eager for you to blow out "where's Harry shouldn't we do this together, its his birthday too" you say half asleep, to this petunia scoffs and states he's washing up, you brush the bad feeling off and blow the candles out and open your new gift this being a new phone "do you like it, Dudley says its the newest you can get" she said rather too excitedly at this you nod your head and get ready for breakfast.

You arrive at the breakfast to see Harry serving the family with a scowl on his face, you've started to notice the resentment he has for you but there isn't much you can do, "how's your birthday brother " you smile trying to be nice "brilliant how do you think y/n" he says with blatant sarcasm at this you roll your eyes and begin eating while making small chit chat with the Dursley's.

The door rang and you sprung up to grab it as this was one of your chores, skipping over to see a rather odd letter addressed to both you and Harry, you assume its a birthday card from a friend " hey look what my friend sent me " you state while swinging the letter about "what does it say y/n" Dudley asked rather uninterested.
"We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwarts witchcraft of wizardry" uncle Vernon who had been quietly reading his news paper became very pale and shouted "no child of mine will be going there, we were told you were a muggle like us" his tone became more harsher, you'd only ever heard him speak this way to Harry. Harry grabbed the letter from you and began to read more detail "platform 9¾, this must be a joke y/n I think you've been pranked " you seemed stunned but being the rebel that you were you decided to head off to see if your gut was right or not.

"Harry I know you don't like me but I would like for you to come with me, your my twin I am not complete without you" you say while packing your things to leave. "I hate it here and I guess there's no harm in following you, hey if its real I bet they won't keep me in a cupboard" he laughs while packing with you.
